@azulkrema619 i have this phone and i think it's better for less money then an iphone 4. My cousin has an iphone 4 and when i compare my xperia arc with it, the xperia looks more sexy and expensive. The camera is also much better! Picture quality is brilliant! :-)

@azulkrema619 yeah picture quality is really awesome & it takes the picture really fast . Video quality is less brilliant than pictures, it sometimes skips a frame.. but it's still really good for a phone, also audio is clear.

The X10 is a really good android phonne. and its the first one from sonyEricsson. It is not so easy for the mobilephone producers, if there is every six months a new version of android.

yes, the 1.6 Version at the beginning was old but they already proved in one aspekt with the coming-soon Xperia Arc and the newest android version 2.3 that they learned from the mistakes they made... so

I am looking forward to the Xperia Arc and Xperia Play

It's stupid to complain for a phone not getting OS upgrade, you knew that you gonna pay for outdated OS phone before you buy.

Any upgrade is just a bonus, if you can't stand for outdated OS for phone, There's always another brand with latest OS phone.

SE stated that they would be upgrading the X10 to 2.1 when they first released it. I followed the reports and the press releases, so when it became available to me, yeah, I trusted SE and got the X10. Yes, they finally released 2.1 for most of their customers, but it took how long? For an operating system that existed prior to the release of the X10? And then, to abandon their flagship phone after only 9 months? Sorry, I don't consider that acceptable product/customer support.

So, if you knew such thing, than it's your fault for still buying their phone. I'm not saying se is perfect because I totally agree that they still have their flaws. But blaming se for every single mistake that you and others make shows no responsibility at all from your part. And grown ups takes full responsibility for their actions if you know what I mean.

I freely admit, I should have waited until the release was out instead of trusting them. But their continual delays and then abandoning the phone after 9 months or so screams poor customer/product support to me.

I also highly recommend that SE release their new phones to better carriers such as Verizon or t-mobile. Trust me AT&T truly damaged your reputation SE. I know they are a big carrier, but bigger means also a bigger bad press! Look at Rogers in Canada, they truly did an excellent job with updates, and most of the x10 users are satisfied and are proud with their phones. Please you need to be serious about this, because the US is a big market and that's why samsung has been selling their like crazy

The video's comparison of "raw footage" to "Exmor R" seems to imply that Exmor is just some sort of post-processing effect. Is that really the case, or did they mean to compare it to "a leading brand of camera sensor" or similar?

@faust1991 What is the problem with you guys? It's not SE's fault, it's at&t ! The whole world has 2.1 now, it's only you and your carrier that seems to have a problem. Here in Canada, Rogers users were among the first in the world to get the 2.1 and it's running just fine. No bugs or noticeable problems, in fact, the phone is much faster after the update and I can almost download any app from the market now. Therefore, AT&T proved to the world that they suck.

I have the X10 with 2.1 and I'm really satisfied with it, although I admit that I was expecting more from se, but I still can live with it. Regarding the US, it's at&t problem not se, why did the whole world get 2.1 then? Contact at&t and tell them to release it already, instead of all the ridiculous testing excuses.

@cleverboy500 This should be released in q1 which means any time between now till next April. The beauty of the camera is the ability ti take good pictures at night time which is a thing that most mobiles fail to deliver. This beauty is certainly worth the wait, I think you made the right decision :)

Wow, i really Love the new Design look & the Shape. This really can show off with my friends, compare with Galaxy S & iPhone. It just does comes with Xenon flash, a little disappointed. Hope it is really good on Camera capture without Xenon flash & a best Video Recording in the night mode in HD. The X10 doesn't have the pause button when Video Reocording, it is hard to pause for a moment & continuing.
