  • It's not soccer It's football, and football is anaerobic based sport not aerobic.

  • Football requires aerobic and anaerobic training and i agree with someone elses comments, in football we never teach players to cross your feet because anytime you have your legs crossed you are not balanced or ready to recive or strike a ball. Good drill for basic conditioning, but just check don't cross your legs.

  • I'm so tired of this litigious society. the reason you cross over is simple: all basic movements demand that. A drible, agility, defense and attack. and you don't neet to call it names. Just ask.

  • Surely smaller movements should increase leg speed, effectively making a dribbling a ball a better a more accomplished skill... By planting your foot nearest the cone and cutting back to continue these "side runs" you develop stop/start power throughout the entire leg ..

    I can see you've taken alot of stick but your doing this for the benefit of others and people should try and appreciate this.
