this is one of the worst covers i've ever heard. somehow their idea to make it meaner sucked the life out of it. slowdive playing this live is louder than metallica. no need to try to make it heavy, dorks.

Hey, I don´t have a problem with you not liking this band and hating this cover. But it´s a bit unfair and not really mature to be this impolite and insulting, don´t you think? And with the number of their records I just wanted to point out that they´ve written a lot of own songs. But anyway, just do what you want =)

The number of records doesn´t have much to do with the quality of the band, but it shows that they indeed have own material and don´t just cover songs because they don´t have own songs. @delnuggets look ,i am a fan of both bands, and i've listened to almost all their songs . bottom line is SLOWDIVE isnt half as good as THE GATHERING, and wouldnt have been if they made 10 more albums. listen to FRAIL ,MAROONED OR TRAVEL by them, i bet you'd change your mind. the cover might not be as good as the original, but who cares ?
