  • i have a 94 chev with the 350 and love it

  • @DualsMeatChevy94 Great truck and engine. Definitely gets the job done.

  • @MichiganChevyRedneck ya man check out vid of my truck. its got the super44 flows

  • @DualsMeatChevy94 That sounds real mean man, especially when you get on it. My roommate has a 91 with 44's. They are good sounding mufflers.

  • @MichiganChevyRedneck ya man i got the muffler for 60 bucks and its all stainless. i used to run straight pipe but i wanted to change it up

  • @DualsMeatChevy94 Damn, $60 is a good price, my roommate got his for free in a raffle thats why he has 44's on his truck. I believe mine was $75 or so off ebay new. I thought about straight piping it, but im not a huge fan of the popping sound, im more of a deep drone kinda man. lol

  • My truck has no cat and a stock muffler and sounds friggin SWEEEEET, with 240,000 before i reconditioned the engine and swapped in a 4L60E tranny :D

  • FORGET THE CHEVY WHAT KINDA MUFFLER DID THAT MINIVAN HAVE!!

  • @watchforfinger Yea damn, i should just chop off my $200 exhaust and go buy the rusty pipe off that darn van! lol

  • @MichiganChevyRedneck lol no thanks for the vid im tryin to figure out what exhaust to get right now stock with straight pipe no cat but it sounds like a glasspack.....sucks

  • @watchforfinger Everybody has their own opionion i guess. I cannot stand the sound of dual straights. When you take off the muffler and the cat, you get a obnoxious popping sound, that i just cannot stand. Im more of a classic muscle car sound type guy, the sound of just a deep low rumble. My truck is not exactly what i want it to sound like, but good enough for now

  • @MichiganChevyRedneck i hate it also sounds like shit

  • Is your truck stock except for the exhaust?

  • @bballxp001 Yeah its stock, with 204,000 miles on the stock drivetrain also.

  • @MichiganChevyRedneck Hell yea, Mines got 217k miles on the original motor and tranny, there a beast of a truck

  • i have a 96 z71 with vortec put a bullet but has that crakel sound will the 10 series b the same or is it better thanks...

  • Hmm. I have a super 10 on my truck, 96 1/2 ton chevy, 305 vortec, 5 speed manual. Has the cat on it still and it sounds amazing, but i wanna cut it off, i wasnt sure if it would be TOO loud lol. any advice?

  • @killswitchengage92 In my eyes, cats are just a unless tube of metal that can clog and cause your truck to run bad. If i were you id just take it off. The sound will be deeper and louder. I dont think mine is TOO loud, ive heard a lot louder. But i think my sounds great. But thats just my 2 cents.

  • how is the setup, is it 3inch from the cat back?. i got a 95 silverado ext cab, 180km 3inch from cat to flowmaster super 10, thinkin of puttin on a 2 3/4 pipe from cat back. sounds to deep with 3inch. i also gutted the cat what a mistake kinda sucked it out a lil haha

  • @hrk09 Well i dont have a cat, so i have 3" from the manifolds back to the muffler, and then behind the muffler is 2 1/2".

  • do you get stopped a lot with the exhaust so loud? or do the cops even care...

  • @strongarm3288 Ive never been stopped. My explorer is loud but not as loud as my truck and has been stopped twice. I also live on campus here at college with campus 5o everywhere, and haven't been stopped yet. My college, ferris state, is a 'country' college with loud trucks everywhere so if they pulled over every loud truck it would be to much work.

  • @MichiganChevyRedneck good, cause im thinking of making super 10's an addition to my truck in the near-as-possible future. and ill be attending school soon for automotive so hopefully i wont be alone in my loudness.

  • @strongarm3288 Well, if the school you plan to attend is anything like my University, your loud truck will fit right in. lol

  • @strongarm3288 My truck is soon to get a new sound. Looking at some flowtech afterburner headers, with a flowtech y pipe that im going split and run duals to two flowmaster 10's instead of the one flowmaster that splits into two. Will sound mean!

  • @MichiganChevyRedneck i have plans to run true duals and dump them out in front of the rear axle with the tips parallel to the ground but angled back. should look pretty good when i have it done. i was just up in the air about the mufflers i would use, but i have been impressed with the sound of what you have with the super 10's.

  • @strongarm3288 Yea your plans should sound sick. I need to redo mine a little bit becuase the tailpipes are run even next to my hitch. One is about 6 inchs away which bugs me, so pretty soon im gonna get back under her and modify it. When yours is finished, make sure you post me a video response.

  • @MichiganChevyRedneck i certainly will. what are you thinking of doing with the exhaust? some people have them downturned facing out the sides underneath the bumper, and that usually looks pretty good.

  • @strongarm3288 Yea i think im most likely going to do that 45 degree slash out thing, that makes the tips come out about about the corners of the bumpers. Normally looks pretty good. It just seems everyone has straight backs around me, and definitely want to be a little different.

  • @MichiganChevyRedneck yeah i definitely agree. i hope to achieve some sort of individuality with the way i do it. i have always been a big muscle car fan so i figured i would take the cue from AAR cudas.

  • @strongarm3288 Yea anything to stand out a bit. Everyone around me just has plain dual straights from the manifolds back, which gives a loud popping sound, which i hate a lot. That was my main reason for getting my flowmaster, to get rid of this pop sound. Soon enough, and maybe about $500 ill have the perfect setup im trying for.

  • @strongarm3288 With headers, get rid of my dual outlet muffler, and exchange it for 2 single outs, and weld in an x pipe, and it should sound badass. Hopefully before summer. College tuiton doesnt let me do as much as id like.

  • @MichiganChevyRedneck I definitely look forward to seeing a post when it is done. I hear you on the money thing, it can be a real downer.

  • @MichiganChevyRedneck thank you i went with the super 10 and it sounds good thanks for the help

  • @MrRicePatrol No problem man. You'll love it.

  • whats the sound inside the cab like can you still hear your music easy

  • @MrRicePatrol I have a video of it in the cab. Its has a done when you get on it, but not terrible. I can still hear the radio with my windows down. It would even be quieter, but i got a leak at my y pipe.

  • What if at :48 that car stopped and picked up your camera, or even at 1:10

  • @vortex812 Haha, i probably would have laughed really hard..

  • BEAUTIFUL u got laws on the cats tho?

  • Thats a nice sounding truck. I'm thinking about putting a flowmaster super 10 muffler on my f150.

  • you must have cats off? cuz that just sounds fukin amazing

  • @sears62 Yes sir, you are correct. There is no cat. Its just stock manifolds, done to the stock y pipe and old 3" pipe to the flowmaster muffler, that splits into dual 2 1/2" tailpipes. Its a good setup. Which i would have changed out the old 3" piping while i was down there though, but nobody sold it.
