this vid was meant to introduce this lp to those who haven't heard of it before. If you would like to listen to it without my blabber and hand guestures then go buy it and support the artist. I hate responding this way but I'm in that mood today. ;)
A very good post sir! I remember this track back in 1977. I bought the original back then with "Give Me Love" on the otherside I think. Superb music from superb days. We loved our music and we loved our dancing.
This was a CLASSIC!!! I bought this as a teen in 77' and wore the grooves out. This track and Lets All Chant by The Michael Zager Band. After that Love and Kisses "I Found Love." Well of course many more, it was the height of Disco in NYC.
man I can't tell you how many times I listened to this album all the way through!! You have to use headphones to really apreciate all the nuances in the music. Thumping bass and haunting strings. CLASSIC.
Ah West End! A couple that come to mind that I have are Edna Holt's "Serious, Serious Space Party - Tanna Gardner's "HeartBeat" Peech Boys' "Don't Make Me Wait. Glad to hear you dig Cerrone! Thanks for checking it out!
Thanks for the upload, very informative, have become a fan of late along with giorgio moroder, must see if I can get that album on cd, please upload some more video comentary's, from Melbourne Australia, by the way I was born in 1977 haha
hi, thanks for the great comment. I will be posting many more of these, I need the practice! Good luck on finding them on cd. I'm sure it's out there somewhere (ebay) J

Another supreme commentary on a classic album. Thanks to you I'm a cerrone fan. I love how you let us hear the dynamic breaks.
Do you have anything from Westend?

I have that album also! The synth in the first break reminded me of Donna Summer.
groovindj 4 years ago
oh yeah. His sound is somewhat similar to Giorgio Moroder's. I really like that Cerrone's breaks are lenghty and all a bit unique.
