  • If your goal is to be as healthy as possible, a vegan diet is a great place to start. However, you also need to be active (I don't know if you are or not). Also, please get rid of the cigs or you'll end up getting chemo tested on animals.

  • The human body evolved over x years to run on animal meats and fats. The vegan diet is one of the most detrimental to human health possible.

  • @Bennyistipsy Complete bullshit. A species will not evolve to become a completely ideally different kind of eater, if so, it would become another species. Species specific diet remains the same. Sadly you have been conditioned your entire life to think the way you do... brainwashed. We don't have carnivore/omnivore bodies so were not supposed to be eating what they eat either. Try catching animals and eating them whole, raw and bloody while their hearts are still beating. No tools, no fire.

  • Vegan girls = hot.

  • you looked so much older in the prior photos...i was definitely surprised that you said you where 29. initially, i thought you were late 40s!!! veganism is really the fountain of youth (p.s. i am vegan) :)

  • great job, might want to quit smoking next:)

  • PLEASE IM GOING VEGAN!WE ALL SHOULD PLEASE THIS IS FROM MY HEART.People people do you know what they do so we can have animal products? They take pigs and smash them head first onto the concrete floor and and baby girl chicks they put them in this twirly thing that crushes them into fur, blood, and bones!PLEASE IF WE GET ENOUGH PEOPLE TO BE VEGANS THEY WILL STOP KILLING ANIMALS AND LET THEM LIVE AND MATE AND HAVE MORE KIDS AND LIVE A HAPPY LIFE OK YOU MEAT EATERS MAKE ME SICK!SO PEASE BE A VEGAN!!!

  • I would never go vegan. I enjoy eating meat and animal products. I am very healthy so I will stay eating what I like.

  • @lovebigboobs29

Im glad you enjoy eating meat, but some of the most chronic/deadliet diseases (diabetes, heart problems, cancer) dont rear their ugly heads until later in life, and you can avoid most of these by reducing/eliminating animal products from your diet.

I suggest watching the movie "Forks over knives" (its on netflix)

I totally respect your decision, but just thought Id give you some info. Cheers!

  • @osummer oops thats "deadliest"

  • @osummer Those aren't from eating meat. its from over-eating and diabeties is from too much sugar intake as well as over-eating and cancer isn't even from food. I am not interested in Forks over Knives. Vegan propaganda lies aren't for me. Thanks anyways.

  • I didn't see you mention if you were vegetarian or a meat eater before you started out on your year of being vegan.

  • Baby don't got back =( .

  • the new hair style at the end suits you

  • amazing!!! well done! did you carry on after 12 months?

  • wow!! you look so much prettier and younger after you went vegan!

  • You're very beautiful :)

  • That's definitely inspiring! I think I just made my final decision thank u :)

  • I am not a vegan, but I can say that this is a positive and very compelling way to convince people to switch. I will state that most meat eaters are not against vegans. They are against the preachy, guilt tripping, pompous, pretentious, and judgemental way that vegans and vegetarians come across. If all vegans documented their change in life style like this, I believe they might be surprised by the positive responses they recieve.

  • That's so cool!

  • AND THE CIGARETTE AT 9 MONTHS ?

    I GUESS ITS HERBIVOROUS

  • Wow you look very beautiful... please marry me :P

  • If I went a year without eating meat I would probably kill myself

  • Veganism isn't healthy for everone unfortunately, and is even worse for some. I think you may of had a protein imbalance and that for you turning vegan was healthier, but it isn't for every one. Although with veganism people often say it's for the animals, but I don't think they realize that everything has a specific balance, and the food chain does too. With only eating plants, you set off the balance of the food-chain, if any one wants to hear more, reply because character cap is stopping me.

  • That's really amazing! And you look great!

But why the hell did you cut your hair???!!!

  • Thank you for this video. I've been vegan on and off for 3 months and finally am taking the full time plunge. I am going to follow the Thrive 12 week diet plan at first then work from there. I have MUCH more weight to lose then you did...but you were very inspiring to me.

  • What's the difference between veganism and eating meat. One is a vile life choice which drastically changes your body and is completely wrong in all ways. And the other eats meat.

  • was your old diet very unhealthy ? greasy food too much refined carbs?i have a friend who put on loads of weight a. he ate loads of rice hardly any fruits and vegs and did not exercise. i advised him to take wholemeal bread with soy and a whole fruit. for breakfast. for lunch and dinner he takes 40 percent less rice and has 2 whole fruits for both meals. he eat loads of fish and some beef.he started weight training and running 3 times a week. he lost nearly 12 kgs and felt great.

  • wow you're really beautiful. Your hair was super long in the beginning and now I think it's at a good length. Your such an inspiration. I am vegetarian, but I think I want to become vegan now, after seeing this video. Great job!

  • good job. Although, I thought I ask, Was that a cigarette in your hand in one of the clip? It`s not my business but maybe better to keep your lungs clean to,, since you have such a nice progress:)

  • this is an importan question! What type of foods did u eat. Was it the organic things tht made ur skin so beautiful or was it u cutting dairy and meat out? My parents dont really like the idea of me going vegan and im 13 so... yeah. They dont really by tht whole food vegan food. So i was wondering what type of things i shud eat.

  • Man you practically glowed there at the end! You look fabulous girl...I saw "Earthlings" recently and am just starting the vegan lifestyle. I can't wait until Im feeling better and looking better like you. Major ispiration girl, major inspiration!!

    Thank You :)

  • Congratulations, you are one of the few people I've seen go vegan or vegetarian and not actually GAIN weight! I hope you're supplementing. Are you still smoking?

  • 29 years old? when i was looking at your vid, i was thinking "she is too young, she's in her growing process, kids should not go on diets" LOL good for you, you look great

  • youve inspired me. thank you.

after 9 months, youve become so pretty.

  • Vegan rules!

  • Congratulations! You do look stunning now, very beautiful.

Good thing it worked out for you so well.

  • good job:)

  • Well Done, you should be proud of yourself..

  • Awesome!!!

  • Nice video.I like you so much you are soft and sweet

  • Congratulations on looking so good, being healthy and showing everyone how. Blessings from a vegetarian (I just can't give up eggs yet).

  • WOW! You look fabulous :o

You're really quite an inspiration. I'm 16, I tried to go vegan once before, but I treated it like it was only temporary. I think I'm ready to really embark on the lifelong journey now, though. I love your videos, thanks for being awesome :D

  • Wow, you changed a lot! I'm vegan since 3days now and I'm already starting to feel somewhat different ( or it could be my immagination :) ). Still good work.. Keep VEGAN! :))

  • You have reversed your age! You looked so much younger after becoming a Vegan. It takes a lot of family support to be a vegan. I have to put in more effort!

  • Loved your video. I've been a vegan for 8 months now. The change is great, there's so much energy gained and not wasted digesting flesh. I did it primarily for the principle of it though. I wouldn't care if it was unhealthy.

  • I've been vegetarian for almost all of the time. Since living vegan I have shed weight and no more puffy face. Yay! Vegan rocks!

  • I'm not taking away from how well you've done but smoking could undo all that good work !!!

  • Wow, totally awesome! Such a transformation to healthy and happier! You look as young as a teenage girl. Beautiful! Very inspiring video. Veganism is very good : )

  • Awww! That's so good for you.!(: same here! Escept I am a lot younger than you. Lol I lost 50 pounds in the first 3 months(: it been like 2 or 3 years for me. And are you pagan(your name)? lol. I am!(:

  • Are you pagan?

  • do you have a cigaret in your hand at 9 months? if so, vegans arn't suppose to smoke, but nice going

  • Congrats on your 1 year vegiversary! I also have the same dermatitis. It really sucks! I have had a great improvement by going vegan, but for me, I have to lay off the wheat as well and eat lots of Omega fats. It's not so much a gluten intolerance, but I was taking in too many refined foods that converted to quick sugars making my skin really upset with me. I really need to watch what i eat. I love being vegan for about 100 reasons!

  • This makes me want to go from vegetarian to vegan!

  • congrats!

    im so happy for you.

im starting my vegan lifestyle today.

ive lived with meat in my life for so long... i dont know how much of a struggle this will be for me

  • good work, keep going!

  • Although I am totally aware of how good veganism is for health am I still, once again, so impressed how much it helped. You look so full of life now and I can't tell in words how beautiful you have become!

All people, she is not lying! Veganism will change your life and you will never want to go back again!!! <3

  • Girl you got so sexy! Not only is your body like really hot now, but you look glowing. I've been vegetarian for about two months, but stories like yours really inspire me to try to become vegan. It's a hard choice, but you should be really proud of yourself. You look great! And in the pictures you look like you feel great too.

  • wow thats an awesome transformation good job, i have been vegan for about 4 months now and all my acne went away and my skin looks better than it ever has... im 22 and i look like a 16 year old boy, i almost got kicked out of the liquor department at the store the other day bec they thought i was stealing stuff till i showed them my ID lol.

  • Spread the word.

  • all i can say is WOW

  • Wow what a fantastic change!!!

  • Congratulations, the health benefits are just as uplifting as the moral growth when becoming vegan. Beautiful pictures.

  • Congrats, just don't smoke, also you got cooler!

  • 5 stars! Well done!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Totally awesome! :D

I hope it inspires many people to go vegan as well, and it's wonderful seeing others as happy in their veganism as I've been. :DDD

  • well done, well done, and well done. I congratulate you.

  • 5 Stars. Congratulations on your success of better health! May you continue to be healthy and happy. Veganism is the solution for so many problems; I'm working on my transition- I'm currently a Vegetarian. Wish me luck! : )

  • I so totally much much agree with all you said, I am a vegan for over 4 years now and it was the best decision in my entire life. I am feeling so great now and with every day it is like a fog in my life is fading more and more away.

Also I wasn't really sick the last four years and many health problems just vanished.

You are a wonderful example of how veganism can make your life way better.

And you look so happy and full of life now, you are really super beautiful!!

    Go vegan!! :D

  • wow 29? You look abt 17 or 18, not joking. You look fantastic =] Despite what others may say, many animals have been spared because of your 12 month vegan difference.

  • You look great, congrats!!! Now switch to E-cigs or quit smoking so you'll be ultimate uber-healthy!!! :)

  • are you still vegan?

  • You look amazing, that's serious inspiration!

  • u look like u got 10-15 years younger! great job! i think im gonna try this.

  • Wow, you look great, however, is that a cigarette I see in your hand in several shots. I sure hope not!

  • Thank you for the video... You looked so much happier as the days went by :)... I've been a vegetarian for about a month now.... I'm trying my best to slowly transition to vegan... but once again thank you for the video... :P

  • you inspire me to try the vegan lifestyle. I am a vegetarian for both ethics and taste and I want to go vegan but I love cheese and fish. Cheese I could possible do without. Shrimp....i dunno.

  • If you love eating fish then you are not vegetarian. Fish are animals, not plants.

And what do you mean by ethics? What are the ethical reasons for not consuming mammal and bird flesh but still eggs, dairy, and fish flesh?

  • I said that I love fish not that I eat it anymore. I eat eggs because I have my own laying hens and I know they are very well taken care of. I haven't eaten shrimp in several months, it has been a process for me, not a simple choice I made overnight. I was attempting to pay you a compliment but I guess you took it as an insult. However, I have noticed that you have made some bitchy comments towards other people who said something nice. I guess you're just an invidious vegan.

  • I took it as an insult? What are you talking about?

I was just having a calm discussion with you. Way to blow it out of proportion. Yikes! Calm down a bit.

Bitchy? Good job at imagining negative emotions that are not there, lol.

    Have a nice day.

(Of course, you will probably still think this message is "angry" or "offensive". Oh the joys of typed conversations...lol)

  • There are ways to replace sea food. There is fake meat which not only looks like shrimps but also taste like it when you prepare it the right way (with spices) but also another way to make a replacement with tofu, algea and some other things. The mother of my vietnamese friends (the whole family is vegan) makes it sometimes and it taste like fish, no, even better!

And great idea to go vegan! You'll not regret it, I promise (:

If you need help or have questions, feel free to send me a message.

  • Hi, I like your vid. I'm a vegetarian and was wondering if you went from a vegetarian diet to vegan or carnivore to vegan. Thanks! Lisa

  • You mean omnivore! Carnivores eat ONLY flesh. Omnivores eat both plant and animal sources.

  • A Vegetarian/Vegan diet realy does slow ageing. I'm almost 20 and I people still think I'm 16. It can be rather annoying :<

  • I feel your pain, the same with me

  • You look great!! You don't look anywhere near 30 you look about 19 hehe yes it's true.I'm not kidding you look 19!!! *^^

  • well you look absolutely amazing. congrats, i only managed to stick with veganism for a few months in the summer, then went back to vegetarian. i need to give it another go i think :)

  • on the part after 9 months you like really nice, if it wasnt because u mention ur age i would have thought you were 17 or so =)

  • Wow, thanks! I'm going to be 30 in about 3 months now so that's great to hear LOL

  • I've only been a vegan for 4 months...

Can't wait too see myself after 1 whole year of being vegan...

I still have minor problems such as dandruff and hair loss ( though not as bad as before)...I hope I'll get rid of them by the time I reach my first vegan anniversary...

In any case I can tell this is an awesome video...yup...got me dreaming of myself...gave me further hope too...

    Thanks...

    GO VEGAN !!! PEACE !!!

  • many blessings to you

  • I had no idea you were 29. You definitely don't look it. :]

  • You look beautiful!! How smart of you to document your progress. Congrats on 1 year!!!! (well, I guess almost 1 1/2 years now ;)

  • Yeah, I guess it is coming up to that about now. I intend to do this every year. The next one will be less over the top, I was pretty stoked about my first anniversary LOL

  • This made me cry... I want sooo badly to be full time!!! Why can't I be eighteen and out of the house so I can cook better for myself and why CAN'T EVERYONE UNDERSTAND?! Good for you and all your victories, Jess, you are beeeeaauuutttiful!

  • Aw sweetie the time will come soon :-)

In the meantime just do the best you can with what you have. MWAAAA

  • You should just be strong no matter what the others will say, and I am sure your family will rather make vegan dishes for you than to let you starve.

That was the way I did and now my family (whenever I am at home again or when I was still living with them) is only cooking vegan. Although, still, they complain sometimes I should go back :P

Just talk calmly to your parents and tell them why you want to be vegan. If you need facts or help with that, message me (:

  • i love you

  • beautiful video and damn wat a weight loss in 5 months POW lol great

  • I have heard varied responses on how well veganism works for people in terms on whether or not is makes them happier and healthier or more depressed and unhealthy. I think it depends severly on how much you take care of yourself. Being vegan means planning ahead and making sure you are getting all your nutrition with the few food groups that still remain.

  • I agree, but the same could be said of an omnivorous diet. I have seen plenty (more probably when I think about it) of very unhealthy omnis. I must say though that *personally* I think I am better off as a vegan even when I eat junk then I was eating omni junk. When my diet is REALLY bad i get some of my symptoms back, for instance lately I've had my rash come back a little bit. BUT I have never had all of my problems come back at once again or even individually be as bad as they were before.

  • You are right, veganism CAN be bad for your health...just like omnivorous can be. Just like you said, it depends on your lifestyle.

Although I have to say (4 years vegan now) I'm never planning my diet, I just try to have a big variety in what I eat.

And I won't they there are few food groups, as since I went vegan I found out soooo many new types of food, it is amazing how much the world has to offer. + some trying out to make new dishes and you'll never get bored :D

  • You've also got to keep in mind that we weren't raised this way. We have to relearn it all. Of course you're going to get one or two bugger ups.

  • God damnit. I'm scared. I know how stupid and ignorant that sounds, but i just am. Cause, i was thinking what would happen if the world all eventually went vegan, how would we depend on plants, or would it not matter? Anyway, i'm scared, i'm still on some dairy products, and people tell me i'm gonna be infertile and stuff or that it's unhealthy. And the supplements for B12, they do work right? Sorry i just feel a bit wrong if i depend on those. Sometimes i'm certain of what i'm doing then..

  • ..OTHER times, i see another side or get a bit freaked out. Man, do i have issues or do i have issues. I keep seeming to forget that B12 is bacteria anyway, and people keep talking to me like it's unnatural. Freaking out. Okay okay*breathes*

  • i meant that they said veganism is unhealthy.

  • I'll message you this weekend, ok :-)

    *Breathe*

  • haha i went vegan for six months and ive never felt so run down and depressed

  • Then you obviously weren't doing it right.

  • it looks like u get younger through the first clips!!!!!

  • Nice! congrats!

  • Are you smoking in one of those clips? It seems a bit odd going vegan for health reasons and still smoking. Even so, well done for the transformation, you look great.

  • Well I went vegan for ethical reasons and one of the major reasons I stay vegan is the health benefits. I had NO idea there were any. And guess what, i'm gonna quit smoking, I was just waiting for the right time because you have to be motivated :-)

  • I actually viewed quite a lot of your other videos after posting that comment and realised you did it for ethical reasons. I've been vegetarian all my life but more through habit than any specific moral or health reasons. I've been learning a lot about veganism recently and am seriously considering it. Like you say, you have to be motivated. Keep up the excellent videos. :o)

  • I would have NEVER guessed you were 29 years old! You look soooo much younger after the 12 months, I'd say not much older than 20 haha. Awesome improvement!

  • Why thank you :-)

  • I know and agree, i would never have guessed you were 29 or 30 either. I know people who are my age who are aging, they all eat lots of meat. I don't know if there's a correlation but you look healthy and young. Congrats, I'm happy for you(:

I eat lots of chocolate sometimes and quavers and things, and eggs, dairy, i eat otherstuff too, when i go vegan, i hope to never eat it again!

  • Whoa, hold on, i'm not 29 or 30! I'm 29 until August comes around and don't you forget it LOL XD

  • LOL you still look great though LOL! I could swear you said you were thirty.. nvm Lmao

  • Not just yet, I'm still technically in my 20's, let me hang on to that LOL XD

  • lol

  • awe, you lost your badonkadonk :(

but as long as you're happy :)

  • Ha ha ha ha does that mean my ass???

Yeah I did loose it for a while (and I was a sad panda), but then it came back better then ever LOL ;-P

It's really strange, like recently I lost 5 kilos of fat and replaced it with 5 kilos of muscle without doing anything. So I kept the same exact weight but just got more muscular. I have yet to weigh myself after xmas though, I've probably put 5 kilos of fat on top of that now, which would actually be awesome! :-)

  • It's funny, I'm actually quite insecure about being slim because I was chubby for so long that I had a chance to get used to it and accept myself as I was. However, although I was comfortable psychologically I was not comfortable physically, and I was constantly getting bigger, which is not how it should go LOL

  • yea it does lol! XD =P

well to me, it seemed like you were starving yourself :(

  • Nope. What did happen was that I went through a terribly stressful time in amongst those 12 months. My partner became very sick and was unable to care for himself and had to go interstate to get treatment, it went on for months and months, the stress of that caused me to loose more weight then I wanted to. So yeah, at 10 months I definately agree I am WAY too skinny but at 12 months I think I am fine and I'm doing even better now :-)

  • well good :)

  • HANG on a second, why is the size of my badonkadonk more important then all the health problems I was able to overcome???

    Men! LOL XD

  • -=VEGANISM RUUULES=-

  • Wow! Really amazing! Congratulations!

  • Wow, amazing improvement.

  • Congrats!

  • Cheers :-) When is your veganversary going to be?

  • January 15th will be my three years

  • Awesome :-)

  • I'm convinced! Now tell me where I can find some willpower to give up my staple: dairy. I just love everything dairy.

  • So did I, don't worry there are good substitutes for it all, there is no reason to feel deprived. If you go cold turkey from dairy for a month or maybe two before trying them your tastebuds will be none the wiser :-)

Some suggested resources to get you motivated to kick the habit: Meet your Milk, Behind the Mustache (both on YT), notmilk . com

  • wow no offence but you look like meat eating witch in your pre vegan pics.but you have improved big time unless you are your younger sister.

  • He he he *blush*

  • well done..

    **clap**clap**

    the worlds first unnatural human

  • Ha ha ha ha

If it were so unnatural why has my health improved so much?

  • i didn't know vegans smoked.

  • I'm vegan, not straight edge LOL

But yeah, some vegans smoke, some drink, some consume caffeine, some even do recreational drugs. I intend to quit smoking ASAP and am currently quitting caffeine, which I am also very addicted to, so I can come to grips with the quitting process and loose my fear of it. I ensured my cigarettes are not animal tested, of course.

Some of us took up stupid habits when we were young unfortunately (I was 12 y/o). Remember nicotine is 10x harder to quit then heroin :(

  • you look waesome , but more important, feel great.

    thats very good.

    good luck from israel :)

  • Thank you! :-)

  • I want to be a vegan!, but it's oh so difficult... my husband is a carnivore and gives me the weird look when i tell him that i want to be a vegan.. and i also have children, so everybody tells me that i'd be crazy if i take them out of meat because they need the protein to grow and be strong and blah blah blah.... help!! :,0

  • You just have to do it, there are heaps of other mums out there going through the same thing. I'm on the Vegan Freaks forum and there are lots of parents dealing with the other parent not being vegan, trying to switch their children over and dealing with other peoples crazy attitudes. No one around me is vegan and my partner thinks I'm an extremist half the time (he still loves me tho). The only thing you can do is be educated and try to remain calm. I'll see if I can send you some links :-)

  • Oh my god!!! You look amazing!!!

  • Thanks :-)

  • Congrats, you look great! I made the change at 28, with fantastic results as well. I wish I would have done this shit all my life.

  • Me too :-)

  • And happy belated veganniversary!

  • Thank you! :-)

  • The main problem I have with going vegan is ensuring everything I eat is honey/dairy free. I'm a HUGE sucker for cheese and Indian food, so even imagining going without it makes me feel helpless hahah. I know the terrible conditions that milk cows are forced into... but it's so hard! Gah!

And I feel that I've actually gained weight since becoming a vegetarian. Maybe that's because instead of meat I'm eating more cheese and dairy?

  • Yeah i have found that vegetarians eat a hell of a lot of cheese and dairy products. The good news is that your cravings WILL go away if you quit cold turkey, and relatively quickly as well. And then cheese will seem very unappetising, believe me. By then you will have discovered many other taste combinations you find even more palatable, and Indian food can be very easily veganised. I've found Cheezly mozerella vegan cheese grills very well and is pretty damn good :-)

  • But when it comes down to it its about ethical consistency and living compassion. Is the suffering dairy cows & their calves endure worth your momentary pleasure? Is your short-lived confusion about what you will eat more important then their basic needs? Believe me I've been through all this questioning myself, I was full omni when I started transitioning to veganism and made the change within under two weeks. It wasn't as hard as I thought it was be, it has actually been quite an adventure! :)

  • Very congratulations!!!

    Hello,happy anniversary!:)

  • Thank you! :-)

  • you look fabulous now, such a healthy glow. I need to eat more vegetables and less meat definitely.....Also I weigh 83Kg (ish) and need to loose some weight

    xx

  • Congrats!

You look very good for just a year of veganism.

I am 12 years into it, and feeling better ever day.

  • this is a beautiful story! almost like jared and subway hahaha. this is awesome, to be honest ill never consider veganism, because i LOVE cheese and milk... but i would consider becoming a vegetarian.

  • Jared and subway LOL XD That made me crack up!

You know I was the same, I almost lived on dairy products at times. But when you REALLY think about how they are produced it just makes you sick :-( I had a mega cheese craving in the beginning but I found that eating salted peanuts got me over it, must be the combination of salt, protein and fat.

    Thanks for your comment! :-)

  • Yay, 12 Months, thats so great and I am verrrry proud of you Girl :)

  • Thanks babe, it really was the best decision I ever made in my life. I'm so proud of myself for making it...I know that sounds stupid but when I imagine the path I was on before both healthwise and ethically it makes me shudder :-/

  • okey i never new that

  • Most people don't (I certainly didn't until a bit before I decided to go vegan), they assume cows just produce milk automatically but like all mammals (including humans) they must become pregnant first and for a reliable milk supply they must be pregnant on a regular basis. It is just how mammals reproductive biology works.

If you want to know more watch "Meet your Milk" or "Behind the Mustache" on YT :-)

  • ffs who would of thought being a vegan did that am a veggie but see i think eating animal produce is right it is really like drinking a females produce milk so why be vegan when little humans drink are female produce????

  • Humans produce milk for their young and so do cows. For us to take cows milk we must make them pregnant once a year and then take away their babies, which are raised for veal or killed straight away for cheap meat like that used in TV dinners, whilst some females are kept to replace the older cows. A cows natural lifespan is up to 25 years, cows in commercial dairies live to be about 6 because of the stress of the constant milking. Many are lame, or have cronic mastitis because of poor care...

  • ...So vegans do not have a problem with mother animals feeding milk to their young. What we object to is exploitation and abuse and supporting the meat industry. Almost all dairy cows and their young find their way to the slaughterhouse eventually (the mother cows for hamburger mince etc) so by consuming milk vegetarians are still supporting the meat industry even though most are not aware of it.

This is why vegans do not consume milk, and eggs are boycotted for similar reasons.

  • pretty

  • Impressive.

Not sure how much change to my diet I'm willing to make at 65. But I should be doing something.

  • Bah, 65 isn't too old to learn some new tricks, don't let yourself make that an excuse! :-D

  • Congrats glr ^_^

  • Vous étiez beau dans le passé et vous êtes beau maintenant. I mean that.

  • Merci de votre commentaire aimable! :-)
