  • The Real problem is those whey protein powders are real expensive.

not ur fault just saying I used to get mass gainer protein powder containers but there so expensive that I had to stop :(

  • @ndgh209 A tub of protein powder may seem expensive, but do the math. Gram for gram a tub of protein is cheaper than chicken breast, fish, or steak. Plus its convenient and whey has an arguably better amino profile. But whatever floats your boat I guess... taste is always an issue. Hope you found this vid helpful!

  • this is for one meal?

  • @MrKubco yes

  • vinny?

  • @leo1337hs lol who? ...from jersey shore?

  • Since this video is almost 1 year old, im gonna ask if you noticed a difference between the optimum protein and the high power whey protein. Difference in taste or performance?

  • @Specialized1993 You need to ask yourself if you want to pay more for an only "slightly" better product.. if money is an issue, or peak performance isn't desired... than just focus on getting your macros in and being consistent with the sub-optimal product... but

if money isn't an issue, or peak performance is desired go with something better than Optimum nutrition's 100% whey... (look into the hydrolyzed whey or some superior blend). Answer your question? sorry if robot response was annoying.

  • @McGrath435 Thank you for the reply, im actually new to all of these but i can tell you what my goal is. " I curently weight 140 and i am 5'7. What i would like is to be at least 165 because i do mma with guys that are 180, so since im 40lbs lighter their punches are stronger then mine and they take me down easier. So what im trying to say is that im not really looking for the top of the line product but i would still like to gain more muscle and bulkiness"

  • @Specialized1993 as for taste... about the same

  • Awesome video man. Thanks, this will be my new weight gainer

  • No Top Comment!? ok heres my chance... HEY MAN..U WANNA BUILD SOME MUSCLE...

  • @ja201764

    You do,goooooood.

  • 2 cup whey protein=42 gram protein

    5 eggs=6gram proteinX5= 30 gram

  • i don't have money for protein :( can i put eggs in it? and a little sugar for the taste??

  • @calcetosocko Hı, eat 5 eggs daily, eat meat and beef everyday you do need protein powder with these :) at least this is how i do

  • easy fix for the oatmeal: throw in a banana, which gives it a nice consistency with rest of the shake. In other words, all the oatmeal is not stuck on the bottom and doesn't taste like shit. Trust me.

  • Does it taste good?

  • lol ur blender has bottons like a piano :)

  • I have the same blender!

  • lol tht one guy had the same advice for making this shake and with the sameingredints but just more views.........reelyfunni

  • IN-GENIUS !

  • cheapest gainer: ids smart gainer 10lb

    keep making videos

  • I'm new to weight training so here's my question: would this meal shake help more if I consummed it before or after my workout?

  • @thebrainfactoryis straight after your workoput as it delivers protein when you need it most (hypertrophy) add creatine and bcaa's and peptides if you can the best whey too use is hydrolysed as most of it well be absorbed as it is pre-digested

  • @0121boy1 This particular shake wouldn't be good post workout because of the fats. It would be alright if you removed the olive oil though, however the oatmeal would not be the best form of carbs as it is complex, you'd be better of replacing the oatmeal with a banana or two.

  • @MistaKasko actually the olive oil will boost test levels and the oatmeal is usefull as a it sustains energy after for longer recovery and a scoop of glucose(cane sugar) or dextrose would makes this a very potnet mass gainer as the simple carbs will spike insulin which will push the protein in the muscles causing recovery and the olive oil boosting test will also aid the recovery drastically

  • @0121boy1 Mate, I live in Greece. Olive oil is a main ingredient in our everyday diet from our childhood. NO ONE, and I mean NO FKING ONE has ever boosted his test levels with olive oil.

  • @NikosSTD oils are full of saturated fats which boost test levels

  • @0121boy1 Indirectly and not for everyone. F.A.s enhance the working level of the human hormonological system. Meaning that consumption of olive oil-fish oil(fat)- Ω-3/6 (omega 6 is that) may icrease the cholesterol consumption rate thus increasing the test levels in your body.

  • @NikosSTD thanks for not turning this into an argument and tbh that is like a more scientific versoin of what isaid

  • @0121boy1 no reason to argue! keep it up!

  • @NikosSTD keep what up :L
