  • There are a number of restorative options. There is also a wide range of skill levels with Dentists. Most Dentists, I believe strive for High Quality, but as in all areas there are some who are just average or even poor craftsman. CEREC is a CAD/CAM tool. The final anatomy. the degree of stain and glaze individual characterizations and the precision of the fit can exceed every other technique, or it can be used to make a mediocre tooth that looks false like a denture. I strive for precision.

  • Does filling a teeth hurts?if i dont fill my teeth, what will it become?

  • We always make sure that you are comfortable. For some we can use the Biolase Waterlase MD to prepare cavities without pain. For some patients, my skill to numb teeth will super topical anesthetic gel and give a pain-less injection is key to making filling pain-free.

If you don't get decay removed, it gets deeper with time and may go into the pulp and start an infection and need root canal or extraction.

  • hi! Im 24 and i have the biggest fear of coming to the dentist!! My wisdoom teeth came out without problems in my upper jaw when i was like 18 but i havent got any in my lower jaw, but i can feel on of them growing and it hurts like hell. I havent seen a dentist since i was about 15 because of my fear and im really dreading having to do it now. Will my tooth on its own ? Or do i really have to go? It almost makes me cry thinking about going...

  • You should see a dentist to evaluate the position of the wisdom teeth. The pain you have may just be eruption (teething) pain or may be the sign of an infection that can destroy the surrounding bone and adjacent teeth. A simple exam and x-ray is all the dentist needs to evaluate the situation

  • so it may not be something wrong then?? Ok, i will collect my strength to make an appointment:) thanks for your answer!

  • i have a question!

i got a filling today... now i got anastesia so my face is numb... um my question is, when will it wear off????????? its been 4 hours!!!

  • Usually local anesthesia wears off in 2 to 4 hours, but there are some types of anesthetic that last several hours longer. Some patients have lower levels of the enzyme that breaks down local anesthesia and that can prolong the duration of numbness. The last cause is due to a rare and unavoidable complication of giving anesthesia; the needle actually touches the nerve or is next to the nerve when the injection is given and there is some damage to the nerve. This is almost always temporary.

  • Thank you so much for your kind words. I know that if you work hard on your studies and learn to listen to your friends and teachers to understand what they are saying, you will be on your way to being prepared to be a great dentist or doctor. You learn more from listening and observing than trying to show the people around you how smart I know you really are. Have a great day, Dr R.

  • you are clearly a great dentist and time u spent it dental school and your concentration was worthit i hope im like you when i grow up !
