I would tilt the paper to see what would happen, why puddle it if one isn't going to "tilt" it? Wouldn't that add more "vibration" to the idea of using that particular paper compared to just using regular watercolour paper?!

I find it funny how creating art can be learned. Well, at least seems to be under that impression. Just create what you want, how you want. Then it's up to others to call it art.

@claudiusrex I agree completely. The art I'm most proud of are the pieces that I make up as I go. I guess you can teach techniques, but even then it's not always helpful

Art is art in the eye of the beholder. I don't believe that plopping art on a canvas is art, but if it is done with feelings and dreams and inspirations and whatever magic, I would consider it art.

As Nicoleist says art is relative, this woman's work may not like you -i don't like it myself- but for some it will.
