  • get 3c or 11.1v cause stock is slow as

  • look dumb shit the reason why this happened was because you were not using the right pinion gear look in the manual

  • duh u didnt even change ur gear prolly

  • funny to me! cause mines fine i run 2 of the big traxes batteries at the same time.

  • check the car iff you touch esc or motor count 1 onethound 2 onethousand 3 onethosund iff you cant do that its to hot helpful tip

  • well its your fault! check temps! and dont blame traxxas for your mistakes.

  • Of coarse they cant you can only run 14 and under

  • do you have the pinion gear

  • Worst vid ever!

  • That's why you have a temp gun dime ass

  • You got a bad one then

  • rthao088, you dont have to wait over a day, LOL, and therumble32, traxxas escs just suck... and before you get all defensive over it, (cause it looks like you can) i love traxxas kits, ive had over 3 years expireence with traxxas, VELINEON ESCS SUCK!

  • you guys fucken bash e revos too much, ya need to rest it at least 1 to 2 days.

  • You're a fucking tool bag. It sucks that your shit fried but quit bitchin and fix it. And as for you little comments up there... Listen.. You can tell by the sound of your voice that your NOT a tough guy. So shut the fuck up. Oh yeah... Its spelled preCise... Faggot.

  • u have 2.4 dont you nope its 11.1 v with 3 cell lipo home boy learn you'r math dont think traxxas did know its says what to run when have new erevo vxl 2.4 runs 11.1v ok add

  • ur not smart u need a pinion gear

  • wow

runing in drit or wather it will burn enc cause gets hot it happan to me few times

  • First of all your the dumbass dipshit that doesn't fu(king know when it's time to speak. Second of all you weren't there when every single time all 10 of them every 30 minutes the the car would turn on but the esc got hot enough to scar my finger plus I don't think that you would have the balls enough to say that shit strate to my face if we met in real life wimp ass bitch

  • @therumble32 did u switch the pinion gear? cuz if u dont it will cause the esc and motor to overgear

  • @therumble32 the esc is rated for 12 volts that means ONE 3s lipo. smart smart.

  • dumbass, how do uu fuckin fry it?!?! the esc has thermal shutdown and the series doesnt even get the truck that hot, it is ment for speed runs, not bashing

  • Hey i think i got the same problem :O . Could you describe what happened? Cause mine was a little hot (esc) But like not too much but it doesn't work anymore? Me its the batteries that actually where burning or something?

  • ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh who cares

  • dont do this connect them in parallel! not in series

  • Yo dummy you HAVE to change to the smaller "speed" pinion gear to do that. It is geared for 1 battery stock. If you use the series it will overheat the electronics. Even with the smaller pinion you still want to watch the temp of the motor and esc. I think that the limit on the motor safely is 160 in the manual. I would try to stay below 150 to be safe. I dont remember the esc but it is in the manual.

  • did you change the pinon gear?

  • I did the same thing the first time I drove it with the 2 stock batteries I just took it back to the store and they replaced it for free.

  • hahahah your dumb dude check your temps noob

  • you were supost to change the pinoin gear to a bigger pinoin because I did the samething

  • you sound like a noob......rookie mistake

  • I had the same problem too. I bought my e-revo brushed with the connector and two series batteries and when I ran it the servo got burned but I thought it was the only thing and the rest went bad too my motor didn't turn on and my esc that was crazy and now I bought a velineon motor and I still need to buy the esc and the motor mount.

  • @Luis21P dude u cant run a series connector on a brushed system it over heats it cuz the motor and esc cant handle the power i asked traxxas myself.

  • My Brushless ESC just fried today. 5 minutes on series... mine shutdown... so I waited 2 hours, connected one fresh battery and it fried the battery within seconds (leads melted off, battery was almost instantly too hot to hold and began smoking)... mine is 2 weeks old. Cool truck, but has it's shortcomings. First time running the series connector for me.

  • is it brushed or brushless

  • u only use double batts for speed runs. If you want jumps it with double batteries u must gear it down

  • is this serius or paralel?

  • it was all your fault son

  • i bet its because you didnt change the pinion

  • long story short it handels 14.4v WHIT EASE if u know how to ride it u can take any rc car that does over 50 mph and ride it hard it will FRY ALL OF THEM! maybe get a heat sink use a lower pinion gear or higher spur also u can try and not ride it like a total dumbfook and gif the car a break now and then when i do my speed runs i do like 2 runs and let it cool traxxas didnt design this car to run 50 mphs for more then 2 mins also grass and deepsand will fook ur esc.

  • @levianthan28 what would be a good pionion gear so it doesn't over heat? im going to gear it down ANY suggestions?

  • bet u ran the 28 pinion gear whit the 14.4 v evenso i had mine go in shutdown mode and UNLIKE U i didnt go and try to drive it no i actualy realized that i was running to to much so when it shut down i let it cool and its fine but no no u even explain u tried all SORTS of stuff to see if it still runs while the car tries to cool it self U DUMBFOOK.......

  • same thing happened to me, excaept both of my batteries are fucked, but traxxas will replace my batteries so its all good

  • i did the same:-)

  • when you run on dirt with series the motor heats up too much with wheel spin. your job to check temp, the car is not for novice, not saying you are but $300.00 is not for kids, this car people should know what to do, and a fan is not gonna help keep your car cool, its helps but not gonna prevent heating especally in summer heat dont run your car!,,all this in traxxas manual, read on how to use/press throttle

  • @NewYorkOlympians oh and its not $300.00 its $314.29 to be presise, im not a novice i know what im doing if and when i do anything with my cars or airplanes, and FYI if your not trying to rag THEN DON'T SAY SHIT AT ALL

  • @therumble32 well its true you asshat, how are you gonna say your not a novice, yet you run series in dirt! really? read that manual fucking dick. its all in there.

this only happens to people that dont check there temp and are carless, that is wht traxxas dont cover it.

  • @NewYorkOlympians so, i have a question. can you run the mini summit series in dirt? seeing how its geared 16/50.. is that acceptable?

  • @therumble32 you're an idiot. Thats why the instructions tell you to monitor motor and esc temps

  • I would rage if i was you grr!!! thx for telling im going parallel atm thougth of starting series again soon as summer is coming but now i will get a fan thx :D
