Do you need a ground from the VGA converter to the insulated transformer/isolation transformer? Or does the converter just need the video cables. Also does the converter get power from the jamma rigs power supply, or it's own power supply?
Oh, just read comments! ACV-011 lol. I think you've got an issue with the "front" or "back" porch on the vertical sync pulse. Your monitor is still showing video during vertical flyback. I wouldn't know if you need to adjust the monitor or the game board though :(
I'm not sure what you mean by which connector. I'm using a JAMMA connector on the board and the P12 connector for the low kick harness. My monitor is a 27" VGA PC monitor, and I had to buy an RGB to VGA converter board to be able to use the RGB signal from the gameboard. If I could do it over, I would probably just buy a standard arcade monitor to save myself some headaches.
Thx man, sorry for not being clear qith my question! Look I basically wanted to know how did you converted the video arcade signal into VGA . And also wanted to know the name of the converter (if any) or were to buy it. Thx again!

Quite a mess you got there. Also, is there any difference (sound, gameplay, graphics) between JAMMA and a MAME version of this game?

One cheap method is you could use a scan line converter ACV-011. It converts from RGB V:60Hz H:15-16kHz to VGA V:60Hz H:30-32kHz. Google it :D
