  • In my opinion, Tupac, Bone thugs, and Biggie, are the best.

Rest in piece Tupac and B.I.G. :(

  • #1 is Runnin by 2Pac and Biggie!

  • my number one would be a tie between Tupac Changes and Biggie's Juicy

  • been listening to hip hop since it started and your list is ok, but not in a million years would BIG be number one IMO. but i can understand your logic and your knowledge on this. do research and try again

  • B.I.G.

  • Old school hip hop/rap(to me) began in the early 80s

  • I think The World Is Yours is the greatest Hip Hop song of all time. just my opinion.

  • These are all great songs. although kanye west isnt exactly golden era haha

  • The Golden Era was the late 80's to the late 90's... So lets just say 86-98. Supposedly that is when hip hop was at it's prime. All I know is.. that this crap that's out now makes my head hurt. I'm no thug...I grew up in San Diego...I remember riding the trolley around town listenin to albums on my walkman. I cant think of a album i can listen to all the way through now.

  • @deptheternal ill say 86 to 2002....the chronic came out in 2001...

  • elevators

  • mobb deeps lyrics: im only 19.

    his place is #19 hahaha.

  • retards... golden era was 87-around 94

  • I think you made a mistake. Golden Age was from 1994-1996(known as the best years for Hip-Hop).And you put songs like Eminems Stan that's made on the 2000's. Get a life man something you did right when you did put NaS-The World Is Yours its from the 1994 so that's aight. Anyways one of your songs are from the late 90's...

  • @AngeredKing424 golden age wasnt from 94-96... ya some decent songs where made in those years but defs not the best age of hip-hop

  • This world needs to Keep ITS Head up... Shitty times were goin through

  • @godzillr the world doesnt need to keep its head up.. it needs to get grimey and dirty.. dig through to the underground.. thats where the best rap music of all time is

  • dead mama makes me cry. :p I love u mama!

  • This is more Gangsta Rap than anything if you did know what the golden era of Hip-hop was you would have included better artists...you even forgot the Beastie Boys.

  • Pssst... I honestly listen to these top whatever hiphop vids just to see Nas XD

  • Very hard to make a top. For exemple, my fav in "illmatic" isn't The World Is Yours" but "Memory Lane"...

  • no hieroglyphics?

  • Bring da motherfucken ruckus

  • Nas-New York State of Mind...be real man.

  • You can tell this list was strictly from the makers opinion.

  • pretty good list, love i used to love H.E.R,think coulda had 1 of outkast older joints instead of ms jackson though, but your list not mine lol

  • #8 should have been #1

  • No Slick Rick - Children's Story ?, thought that would surely be there.

  • all of these classics are worthy of that top spot.

  • @ceferistul05 word.

  • 16. Through the Wire- Kanye West

    13. Ms. Jackson- Outkast

The only two tracks i would hugely disagree with ! Should have taken a Outkast track from Atliens

  • Nice. i wouldnt have put in kanye or jay z but there were alot of great classics there and everyone has different taste. Iv got a top 10 on here check it out.
