No, but the commercial is in Thai so I assume she's also Thai. You can always search for her name under fan sites that cover Thai actresses and models.

Yeah she's mixed. According relatives I have back in Thailand, there are a lot of mixed raced models and actors out there. In fact, I hear for a time (maybe still) that the mixed look was a popular choice for modeling.

Not all are mixed. Some are really not Thais. There are actually lots of Brazilian models in Southeast Asia these days.
