@kulapono hahaha, yes, it is 13 from House (the only reason I finally started watching it when she joined in ssn 4--missing her on there now and eagerly looking forward to her comeback, although I'm also eagerly looking forward to all her movies she's doing). This was actually her 2nd TV show, following the short-lived Skin if you never managed to see that--and following this she went on to The Black Donnelly's, which also unfortunately got cut short. So, yes, Cheers to House now!

Yes, I'd have to agree with Gothlin666 as well! :-) but also :-( Malex definitely should have stayed together...but if nothing else, they helped lay the groundwork for more shows to do so going forward--and it still seems one of the best representations of two young girls falling in love on primetime TV (until the network & writers derailed it so terribly anyway)! So here's hoping for more than just a few episodes--because that's definitely not like real life...and we deserve more!
Hmmm, I think you're right--it's a few years now since Alex first "swept Marissa off her feet," & we have yet to see a lesbian couple last for more than a few episodes (I couldn't even enjoy the Gray's Anatomy storyline, although maybe they'll do a better job this 2nd time around?)! I really wish I could have gotten into Buffy, I just wasn't a SMG fan, at all! And even though Xena and Gabrielle never "technically" had a "relationship," they did have longevity! Still one of the best...& Malex

I agree. Hopefully, with even more visibility in prime time...there will be story lines that last longer than just a few episodes. :)

I think one of the only shows that had this kind relationship that wasn't on a Gay/Lesbian network that worked was on Buffy....
