  • I'm trying to lose weight again. I'm 17 and I am 18 stone. I don't want to die young so I'm really kicking myself in the a**. Great job graham! You'll be fine I'm sure of it!! :)

    How about listing what you eat and drink during the week. Do you drink Soda. If so you must stop and just drink water. If you just did this it would be a great step forward,

  • @TheFatAussieBarstard this is just me getting started Pete, a transition period for the awesomeness to come. I will make sure I am below 150 kgs before I fly to the USA later this year. This week I start more walking. Oh Yeah!

  • @TheFatAussieBarstard Is that around the Graham in 80 days? That's 7kg a week which is probably impossible and not healthy to try. Unless indulging in a "Biggest Loser" exercise schedule, the safest and most realistic rate of weight loss is 500gm to 1kg per week.

  • @SmartmanChris Chris...Graham could survive on 1 small meal a day for 3 mnths and and not keel over and die mate.....His body would burn up the stored fat....healthy or not....that's the way to go...JUST MY OPINION...better than dying of a fucking heart attack...cheerz....
