I haven't been mugged. I can spot a mugger when I see one. In the Ghetto due to some ppl it has a lack of good parenting, so the main problem is behaviour and having no sense of communal respect. Dont big it up saying its gangs and money making crimes going on...its just petty thieves gone bad due to bad bringing up. Especially, in the UK with better opportunities, there's no excuse for that kind of shit. I acknowledge that you admit its bad. But social responsibility and respect is vanishing.
