Plastic seems to move way more than cloth, but I guess you can just change your sensitivity to match what it is on a cotton mousepad.

All one needs is a QcK. If your mouse doesn't track on it than don't by laser spaceshipmice. If you need something glowing, get a console because ur a kiddo. If you think hard is more durable: compare the story of the oak and the grass in storm. If you think soft has more friction, just step of that weighting system that is only a gimmick. lol

this is by far the best mousepad I've ever had. I have for 3 years now. using it about 9hours per day at it's still in an ok shape. most other pads I had were "done" after a year or so, but this is durable as hell.. the surface just recently startet to get "slick" but it's still smooth for the mouse.. It's expensive yes, but it'S worth it.. and since it's a mix of plastic and coth it can even be wiped with wet sweeps!

Once again. A mousepad is personal. If I think it has too much friction than it has to much friction for me. Anyway if I sort of "hit" my mouse when it's on the qck+ pad if doesn't slide very well. It just stops almost immediately after push it.

Only thing I hate with that "waterproof coating" type is for some reason it makes laser mouses do random freak outs.

Minding your own buisness go to click up top and it zips down to the bottom.

Did this with 3 mouses when I bought some of those "world of wacraft" mouse pads for my folks.
