you need 2 pvc pieces about 2 and a half inches diameter, an pvc elbow piece, a black balloon, a few rubberbands, scissors and some salt/sand

A suggestions, use a short piece of pipe to hold the rubber on. This will also provide wall to prevent the sand / salt from falling off.
