Well he can combo in after FA against some characters, but the best way to do it is to do a lvl. 2 FA and not dash cancelling it, which means you're gonna get punished hard if it is blocked.

It's true Blizzard only hits people in the air and Zangief has no launchers but it's been proven that Blizzard outprioritizes damn near everything in the game and can be done with Zangief practically standing still. If your character so much as leaves the ground by an inch, he can Blizzard you instantly.

@shikao well, then he tried to jump or backdash or something, because it NEVER catch people on the ground. A jab is so quick that he probably recovered and tried to do something. All of Cammy's special moves are airborne at some point.

Yeah, you have to be jumping. The way he would combo into it using lariats is for the opponent to jump-in attack, Zangief lariats, both players trade hits, and then Zangief recovers before the other player hits the ground, he hops up, and ultras.
