I think the real issue that should be addressed is people placing their value outside of themselves. As in, not having that inner strength, inner security and knowledge that they *are* enough no matter what. Our worth does not depend on others. It's not fair to put that great responsibility on the ones we love. We should learn to be content and confident with ourselves, so that we can have a great time with people we love and not burden them with having to constantly feed our ego.
