Oh hey! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my auntie got beautiful Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.
I had been going 2 the gym every day for a year and my membership, is jacked up rigth now. I came across your sight and u remind me alot of my trainner, Thanks I just might be able to get back in the stride of things with some help from u.
How can i build up stamina without running?... cause i HATE running, which is a crazy cause i play elite soccer ... But it's really cold and i need to build up a lot to be able to make the 14 min . 2 mile run on the 20th! help please!
@MsScore4 I'm right there with you, I used to run, now...not a big fan..I do a lot of plyometric box jumping, explosive jumps and anything that is metabolic at the end o my workout...it builds great strength and really increases your cardiovascular capacity! Give the box jumps a try!!
Your workouts look amazing!!! I have never had abs or a stomach I am proud of. I'm not overweight, but I'm not the weight I want to be. Also, I have scoliosis really badly and these exercises look easier for me than crunches or other ones. Keep up the good work! I'm gonna definetly try your exercises and will let you know how I do with them =)

pretty good workout out for the abdomen. Can you kindly add a few more ideas? This is great. I find that the Crab-kick up is the most effective for me. The side twist...for some reason i feel it more on the back than in the obliques. I care very much about technique, so I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or not. Excellent.

Would you be able to make a video that doesn't need weights or equipment? I don't have any of that, so I'm limited to leg lifts, crunches, planks, wall sits, and push ups, but I'm sure you know of others that don't require equipment!
