So, if you have more H.P., you give the opponent H.P., (Useful in Double or Triple battles.) if you have less H.P., you gain H.P., and if you both have the same H.P., you take damage.

Favorite pokemon moveset... Alright I tell you if u no steal k? I got an Altaria with Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, and Heal Bell. Now its either Heal Bell or Roost but I tend to go with the Bell incase of will-o-wisp or something. (Yes, I know Altaria has natural cure, but if you switch out to get rid of status, you lose any D Dances you might have, plus it benefits the whole team)

a defensive marowak! people forget about the 110 base defense. just need either trick room or some baton pass setup, but combined with some support (jolteon's my favorite) it can literally OHKO almost everything in the game. it hits like a choice banded poke but it can switch between moves.
