Very misleading, amigo. 1. The skater is ROLLERBLADING on hockey inlines. Rollerskating = quad skates. 2. Whilst I have no doubt that the exercises you suggest will help balance and agility, some of the surfaces you mention -dirt & sand in particular - are a massive no-no as they will fill your bearings with shite and ruin them. Otherwise looks top fun & will certainly improve skills :)
