Lashey is for sure a very tought and dedicated athele... But this kind of workout works more for bodybuilders than for MMA fighters, the way he trains he gets much muscular mass and strengt witch in a certain way is good but burns too much oxygen... He shoul do more endurance and speed training. (or maybe its just a part of it i don`t know) But yes a great atlethe and great video.

Having Lashley face Fedor would be unfair since he hasn't fought Brett and I think Brett would be a big test - the biggest test for Lashley. BUT it would interesting to see Bobby vs Fedor. Bobby is kinda like Brock - big, limited skills, a good wrestler, but I'd hate to see Fedor lose (if possible!) to Bobby or Brock. If Fedor has to lose, lose to someone accomplished in the sport.

Yeah, Brock is a wrestler but last time I checked, this isn't the WWE. Brock's stand up is not good. The last time he fought Mir, Mir out-struck him and Brock went for the take-down several times. His ground and pound is chaotic and need works. Despite being big, wouldn't hurt to see him get some submission skills. Yeah Brock is ranked No.2, so what. He is like any wrestler who comes in MMA - still relies heavily on his grappling skills to win fights. Fedor shall remain no.1 until he retires.

Fedor is simply put, the best fighter in MMA, but with his ageing and low body weight, what could he do to counter Brock's dominant wrestling ability? It's easy enough for people to say that Fedor is the best and would definitely beat Lesnar, but it's MMA and anything could happen. Personally i think if Fedor moves over to the UFC, he should drop to 205 and take Machida's title.

Having Lashley face Fedor would be unfair since he hasn't fought Brett and I think Brett would be a big test - the biggest test for Lashley. BUT it would interesting to see Bobby vs Fedor. Bobby is kinda like Brock - big, limited skills, a good wrestler, but I'd hate to see Fedor lose (if possible!) to Bobby or Brock. If Fedor has to lose, lose to someone accomplished in the sport.

Yeah, Brock is a wrestler but last time I checked, this isn't the WWE. Brock's stand up is not good. The last time he fought Mir, Mir out-struck him and Brock went for the take-down several times. His ground and pound is chaotic and need works. Despite being big, wouldn't hurt to see him get some submission skills. Yeah Brock is ranked No.2, so what. He is like any wrestler who comes in MMA - still relies heavily on his grappling skills to win fights. Fedor shall remain no.1 until he retires.

Fedor rarely makes mistakes in a fight... he thinks when he is in a bout. If Brock made one... just one slip up... Fedor would have him tapping within a second...

@NateFosterSR Fedor is a small heavyweight. The Chances of seeing a Fedor vs Brock fight are very limited. Fedor is simply put, the best fighter in MMA, but with his ageing and low body weight, what could he do to counter Brock's dominant wrestling ability? It's easy enough for people to say that Fedor is the best and would definitely beat Lesnar, but it's MMA and anything could happen. Personally i think if Fedor moves over to the UFC, he should drop to 205 and take Machida's title.

I think Fedors style would have to completely change to run with machida, remember the guys been training in the martial arts since he was 3. Fedor has a physical advantages (stamina, speed) over most heavyweights so I think he is best there, though I still think seein him fight Machida would be interesting

Thats a good idea. However I believe Fedor would be to emaciated and weak at 205. I think hes fine where hes at he knocked out Rogers...But if anything I would see an advantage of trying to gain more muscle. Lets see what happens with Mir at 265 instead of 240. BTW The ax murder Silva guy looks emaciated at 185 sucks.

@NateFosterSR Rogers is an alright heavyweight...one of the top 3 in SF...but the Top 5 UFC fighters are a different breed. Carwin and Lesnar both have smothering wrestling skills...there's not many people Lesnar couldn't take down and pulverise. Though if anyone could come in and pull off wins against top ufc fighters it'd be Fedor.
