Hindi! Haha I understand this. She basically said to first dampen your hair with water (the spray bottle) and then apply the peroxide thoroughly wherever you want it. Then leave it in for 30 minutes. After 30 mins, if you still want it lighter you can go to 45 mins. Then, wash it out with shampoo and conditioner.
