Well done. Good vocal and guitar. You've obviously elected to fingerpick most of the song and that's fine as your performance flows well. Greenday only fingerpick the 1st 9 Bars and off course the last 6 Bars as you already do.
But hey, I wouldn't worry about changing it. Your version is fine as it is.

dude the lyrics aren't off, rockydale just sustain's the phrases. that's the difference between green day's interpretation and his rockydale's. nice work, solid timing, keep it up.
