  • i own a grundig mandello c1/WE.... you mean that if i change the Volt it changes the acoustic quality.... any chance to make a mistake and then have a non-working grundig????

  • tube or transistor?

  • I will try to post a Christmas edition soon!

  • It looks awesome. I saw your photos of this Grundig on flickr. Will you make another, better video of this mid-century gem? Thanks for sharing. Now I know what I want. :)

  • very nice one

  • O bijuterie !

  • I grew up listening to a Grundig very much like this one. Slightly earlier one.

  • nice!

  • Impressive!

  • Sound quality is poor due to the camera, not the stereo. Stereo sound is AWESOME!

  • @autobahnmensch Yeah! I believe you, my father had this tube sound system in spain wich actually had FM, damn the quality was amazing, I mean everything sounded warm but not muddy, the voice of the announcers just sounded so amazing! sadly my dad sold the apartment in which we had that system and didn't take it with him, I always wanted to connect a CD player to it because it did have one of those european DIN cassette inputs.
