I find it really sad, that out of all the candidates, Ron Paul is the only one who acknowledged from now all the way back to 1976, that the dollar had no more value to it, and he's the only one currently to call a reform on the monetary system at a time when USA topples 15 trillion debt. I think even at 1 trillion should have been an alarm sign to try something different, at least a policy that prints money to level the debt. Heck it has no value anyways!

@Covey1969 where Ron Paul is wrong is that he thinks currency (incentive) has to be based on some material (Like Gold) I think when it's not based on something, it doesn't have a limiting factor to it. But it still should be used wisely, especially because it's not based on something. It's not currently being used wisely. The incentives that go to pay people for whatever should never come off the city budget or the Nat Debt. Obama is wrong when he says: someones gotta pay for it.

@Covey1969 The only way the wealthy are going to preserve their luxuries, for many years into the future, is if they create police states and have the authority and military on their side. Hollywood already has government on their side, So I cannot see why this would not apply. It's starting to see too normal for crooks to do well in this world. I guess if god exists, that's what he wanted, because he is the divine, can take care of anything. He didn't stop this from happening.

It could be the biggest step for humanity if done right. I want Ron Paul to change his stance, and realize that even though he realized in 1976 that money no longer had value. @Covey1969 I think we can grow our own food on our own land as you said, but I think more importantly we can address urban sprawl, by leaving people another choice of another lifestyle. Like living in a high rise, but every necessity is produced within. And produced by the inhabitants at no price tag cost. Factory farming can be done at different levels and a greenhouse at the top. As you may enjoy growing your food. A controlled environment can be more sturdy and secured than a personal project

@luc59457 kind of saddened me when you read 100 year old books describing farmers who would say the migrations of bireds literaly blocked out the sun for 4 to 6 hours at a time for the amount of birds before they were hunted to extension, (these particular ones that dotted the prairies)

All I could think was, imagine millions of birds crapping all over the trees, explosion of growth, the trees would have experinced
