There's a lot you need to work on. The drawing is first and foremost missing a lot of value. By that I mean it looks flat and way too 2-dimensional. It looks like you're going to a cartoon like drawing but his proportions are off by a bit and the hair looks like it's heading of in a different perspective. Keep on practicing.
