We never really got an explanation for where Peyton, Lucas, and Sawyer went. The first episode of season 7 is called 4:30 a.m. (Apparently They Were Travelling Abroad) ... I guess there's your answer.
I miss Lucas and Peyton so much. One Tree Hill just isnt the same without them. It would have been nice to have a season where we get to see them raising their baby, especially since we didnt get to see Nathan and Haley raising baby Jamie.
i think she was supposed to have been in a coma for a while. Its not very clear. Brooke says she's 8 months along when they try on the wedding dresses, so that baby would have been premature. By the time you see Lucas taking it out of the crib, it looks a month or so old. Maybe that means she was in a coma for 2 months. Its really unclear

I disagree. I think the core 5 and the fans are the reason OTH got another season. Its unfortunate Chad and Hilarie didn't sign on, but it doesn't mean it wont be a good season. Im really looking forward to the premiere. :) OTH is love

I think Peyton and Lucas got closure in their storyline. I love the ending monologue and how they have all the characters voice-over.

LOL..FaithMartina..I noticed that too.I think it was a matter of casting with these babies. It appears there were three separate babies. The one Lucas held initally, the one in the hospital/nursery/porch and the one with LP on the sofa and in the car. I suppose it may have something to do with the need for the baby to be more alert in those last scenes and newer babies sleep most of the time. I think generally though ALL the stories evolved over a period greater than 4 days.

i felt the same thing. there was no closure at all for none of the characters. the only one that has closure was brulian because they got together at last, but that can also change in season 7. brooke and her mom had closure by making up. skills wasnt even in this episode.

yes her name is kennedy and she will be 11 months but was only 9 months when it was shot. she is only the baby on the couch and in the comet. she also has a twin sister. i am her aunt dee

I think Peyton and Lucas got closure in their storyline. I love the ending monologue and how they have all the characters voice-over.
Did they flash forward with Lucas and Peyton? Because it looks like from Brulian and Naley scenes that it's only a few days in the future but Sawyer looks at least six months old....

LOL..FaithMartina..I noticed that too.I think it was a matter of casting with these babies. It appears there were three separate babies. The one Lucas held initally, the one in the hospital/nursery/porch and the one with LP on the sofa and in the car. I suppose it may have something to do with the need for the baby to be more alert in those last scenes and newer babies sleep most of the time. I think generally though ALL the stories evolved over a period greater than 4 days.

I love them they are so sweet!
In the end of the episode they just drive off.... they didn't say there were leaving town yah know so I'm hoping it was all a trick and they really are returning because they never flat out said no we are NOT coming back!

i love this moment! i will miss the new family in season 7! i'll still watch season 7...that's what hilarie and chad would want...but i will miss their characters! who knows maybe they will come back.

Yea, their having the mom's last name as the first name, the mom's best friend as the middle name and the dads last name. So im guessing, Davis Peyton Baker!

why didnt we get to see any goodbye's??? and like OfficialCourtneyG said...they never even mentioned that they were leaving for good??? or even at all. i mean they could have just been going for a drive. i didnt feel that the episode gave us enough closure. and did anyone notice that the baby has grown an awful lot lol? or was it like a weeks later or something? i have this feeling that chad and hilarie will be coming back sometime in early season 7.

i felt the same thing. there was no closure at all for none of the characters. the only one that has closure was brulian because they got together at last, but that can also change in season 7. brooke and her mom had closure by making up. skills wasnt even in this episode.
