Aslam Perwaiz was though acted as villain but in real life he was a very nice and good man of character,He was belongs too a very rich family ,when he started to come in his red sport car to watch film shootings ,he become focus of both male and female film stars.his tragic death in accident deprived Pakistaini film industry of most well dressed, actor, villain.
Rani was so gorgeous, she used to fit in every role like a gem in a ring. Alone she was equal to all Bollywood actresses like Saira Bano, Asha Parekh, Mumtaz and Sadhna in 60's and early 70's. If you don't believe you can catch her glimpses in videos of movies like Naag Muni, Tehzeeb, Begum Jan, Seeta Mariam Margret, Ibadat, Naqsh-e-Qadam the list goes on and on. She was so versatile and played a variety of characters with equal comfort both in Eastern and Western roles.
[ m from indian panjab during my college days we used to listen only 2 radio stations ie lohore and urdu service of all india radio. we have grown with all these songs ,both countries have similar basic music and culture , both produced ramarkable music in 60s, i remember all thase pak movie songs by heart, thanks for posting these.i think hero here is nadeem if i m correct his perfomance is excelent here thanks again
Actually the hero is Shahid. This is one of the classic movies made by Hassan Tariq. It is still the best movie ever made by lollywood. You should watch it. Rani's acting was owsome in it. Rani became Rani becasue of this movie.
is mein laanat ki koi baat nahin we take all ur filmworks of 50s an 60s as good a s oursihave been listening to it but could not watch since there was no youtube at that time pl excuse me if i have hurt ur feelings
I saw this movie in class 8th ,in Novelty cinema Peshawar, with my cousin. I am now 50 yrs old but that magic is still with me and on that day i fell in love with Rani forever and ever.......
Aslam Perwaiz used to be the most well dressed villain in the Indo-Pak subcontinent film industry during 70s. In contrary, the character of villain had to be vernacular in those days. However, Aslam always justified his roles in the movies.
can u believe that nisar bazmi was a such talented coposer that in the year 1971 when western style music was mot introduced to pakistan to that extent BUT THE MAESTRO DID WITH SUCH AN EASE AND THE STUNNING COPOSITION IS BEFORE U KYA BAAT HAY NISAR SAAB KI fusion of classical and western music
poetry of ibraheem jalees is awsome, the actual word misr ka bazaar was refrence to slave trade in old egypt and was quite meaningfull, danishwar was compelled to compromise
yes initaly whn the song was recorded it was Luga hay Misar kaa bazar, but afterword it was cahange to luga hay husan kaa bazar, due some reasons, and i do have also Noor Jehan wana do u like i will post that..
i can swear that the version of this song that i have has the lyrics that say "laga hai misr(egypt)ka bazar daikho" whereas here it says "laga hai husn ka bazar daikho"
p.s: there is also a noor jehan version to this song
