Watch the other bicycle drift video uploaded by this user. You'll see that to get going sideways at that speed on a bicycle you need to be towed by a motorized vehicle (or be fast enough to reach car speeds on your bike) and be on a low friction surface like a wet or icy street (or just on ice).
You can try powersliding like I do (locking up the rear tire) on dry surface, but you don't get nearly as sideways and the moment you steer any amount into the direction of the drift in attempts to prolong it, you come right out of it.
