I like flying Delta. Safety is the first priority and in 10 years I never had a problem connecting or being delayed. I wish they flew more mainline as opposed to giving some of it to small RJ's.

United would've made you buy a new ticket... it's part of their policy as with other carriers that if you happen to misplace your ticket you are required to repurchase the said ticket and if you find your ticket later within 90 days after your flight you can be refunded the extra ticket fee. This being said, I have friends who work for United, Continental, Delta, Alaska, American, and Southwest... they all say the same thing.

@stejensen no its not I was in a car accident on my to the airport to fly Delta To Austin TX and Delta made me buy a new ticket and charged me a change fee that was so wrong and unacceptable I thought Delta was good and cared about its Passengers and they did not in my case. Delta should have had compassion for me and should have not charged me anything and redid my ticket wth no additional fees. THEY DIDNT. Delta is the worst and the best Airline is American.!

Delta is not the worst or even close to that. Just because you got in an accident doesnt mean they will refund you. In fact, no airline would have. Thats not their problem. If you were flying on say united instead of delta and that same thing happened you would have said "united is the worst..." which is a stupid comment on your part...

Speaking of NBC,Delta's in-flight entertainment has satellite TV,but not many networks.However,NBC is a part of that list of networks,as well as some of their brother/sister networks like Sci Fi & Bravo.

It is an easy fix. Close the curtains on the cart. If the curtains are ripped tag the cart out of service.

When I worked at ATL (for the airport itself) I personally rescued bag on occasion when I saw them laying on the ramp lost. Each time, I gave the bag(s) to a DL ramper, and they hopped in a tug and sped off to deliver the bags to the proper flights. It happens all the time!
