You see, in the Marvel universe a "Mutant" is classified as someone born with a X-gene or the source of a mutant's powers.

Wade Wilson, going through the Weapon X program was given a synthetic healing factor artificially, therefore he is technically not a mutant by their standards.

By our standards, he would be. It's really just semantics in the Marvel U. Like Spider-man, not a mutant.

Spiderman is a mutant, so are the fantastic four, and all the other genetically altered hero's. This is why I don't like the X-Men. I like the X-Men but its the people in that section of the universe. "I HATE MUTANTS! But that Spiderman, he's a good fellow." How do they know he was bit by a spider and didn't have an x factor mutation? He should totally be considered a mutant just like the mutants. Consistancy fail :/ I think I'm just rambling now :/

You misunderstand the concept of mutants. Having a mutation does not make you a mutant. You have to be born a mutant. You have to be born with the x-gene.

Spider-man, Luke Cage, Deadpool, and anyone else who got their powers through some procedure or accident and not by birth don't have the x-gene. It is a a physical mutation making them mutates not a genetic mutation which would make them mutants.

I'm just saying that I don't like the people in the Marvel universe because when a mutant shows off...everyone runs away...but then Spiderman comes swinging in and its like "we love you spidey!" That's the point. It's bigotry. You're not supposed to like it. Stan Lee and Jack Kirby were visionaries. In the middle of the civil rights movement they made this powerful metaphor hate is never okay. For it is that very hate that creates villains like Magneto (who is such a good villain because he is right). This is why I love X-men. You can easily draw parallels to history. Professor X is The Martin Luther King of mutant kind whereas Magneto is the Malcom X "by any means necessary".

Many don't. People have called Spider-man a mutant before. While teaming up with the x-men for one of the first times, Spider-man even said "what? I'm not a mutant-not that there's anything wrong with being a mutant!".

Also many anti-mutant groups have ways of detecting if someone has the x-gene.

The voice is something that fans disagree on but I stand by my choice to do it this way.

Deadpool's speech bubbles are yellow. To me this means it shoudl sound different then a normal person's voice. Why else woudl they do it that way?

Look at Iron Man, when he's in the suit his speech bubbles change to reflect that fact that his voice echos or the thing's speech bubbles are all chicken scrath to reflect his gravel like voice.

As for breaking the fourth wall I do it all the time.
