The only reason Seattle got their team first is because they happened to have a football stadium kicking around ready to be used, we had to renovate.

@GSScasual no they weren't. Portland was only bringing in around 4000 per game prior to2007. Then Seattle got awarded an MLS franchise, and Portland's attendance steadily rose, because Portland desperately wants to be like Seattle. So stop posting false BS, and do some research idiot.
