You however don't seem to realize that not ARE breaking the law. You can't record people entering and leaving a court house; the officer is 100 percent correct when he is explaining the law to you and says "The reason you can't do this is because we don't want witnesses to be afraid to testify in court."

His Duties ended at the Courthouse Doors, if a women is being beaten outside those doors, the Deputies call El Cajon PD and do not leave the Courthouse. There are serious safety issues with that

The jurisdiction of the San Diego County Sheriff's Dept. is the entire County of San Diego, not just the unincorporated areas and courthouses. His duties are are within the borders of the county.
