How crazy is it that Bob was an accident? He was a set worker who accidentally got caught in a mirror reflection, so they kept it in and cast the part for him.
As much as I love the show and wish that there was more, more, MORE of it, I'm pretty sure there'll never be another show or film. Bob is gone.
Lynch could pull it off and make another series without any of the original characters - but not without Bob and Lynch knows it. No Bob = No Twin Peaks.
I heard about a Twin Peaks sequel, is it true??? Roadhouse Resurrection, scheduled for December 2010, i don´t know it´s a movie or another series, but there is a trailer in Youtube. I wish it´ll be for real!
@AyaxTelemonio not even close man, I like both Lost and Twin peaks and it's easy to see the writers have been inspired by some things in Twin peaks but not even close to a copy.
Is it just me or is everybody kinda disapointed that we didn't see MIKE and BOB go 1-on-1, that would have been a fight for the ages - 100 QUID ON MIKE !
@Cyberpit2000 I disagree. BOB was virtually a slave and errand boy. He was MIKE's familiar (like a witch's cat.) He only became troublesome after MIKE turned away from evil. And even then, MIKE's arm (TLMFAP) forces him to give back the garmonbozia that he took for himself.
I'm never scared when I watch scary movies, but Bob scared the hell out of me. I'm a huge fan of Twin Peaks and I remember that I had nightmares about Bob. Bob is just terrifying, I remember being petrified when I saw him. But I can't explain why. I can't pinpoint the reason why I was so frightened. He didn't do anything special. No blood, no special effects but he was very scary!
"Bob" is to me on par with "Lucy Butler" in the series "Millennium", every ep with "her" is like "do not try to go to sleep right after watching" brilliant viewing experience. So dark and disturbing. (see millennium-thisiswhoweare . net / cmeacg/character_profile.php?name=Lucy%20Butler )

i really don't see nothing scary about this tv series...i watched the whole tv series back in the 90's and now it's 5 in the morning, it's raining outside(big storm) alone in my rom , lights off...and i'm not scared at all...wel but that's just me :P
Now this IS bob below the bed but the guy speaking the poem is Mike Bob's ex buddy who cut off his arm he is also called Philip Gerard Bob is the Long Haired one 'Catch you with my Death Bag, you may think I am insane,But I Promise, I Will Kill Again!.

For such a lame line for BOB, I'm always moved at how disgusted and angry his face is when he delivers it. Makes it worth watching every time.

This is one of my favorite scenes from 'Twin Peaks'. Strange, eerie and a wee bit of craziness . . typical David Lynch genius !
