I think he's very similar to Durant. Both are inside-outside threats but both also need to beef up. Yi is probably a little more NBA-ready but he may still struggle with contact in the paint.

coming from his personal day workout in front of chosen NBA scouts teams like the Bulls, Golden State and a few sportswriters, Yi bench pressed 185 lbs for 15 reps, has a 33 inch stand still vert and a max 3 step vert of 37 inches, weighed 248 lbs and measured in 7 foot barefoot and 7'1.25 in shoes.

The Bucks called bluff on drafting Yi, but all sources indicate he will not report to the team as his agent and of course the Chinese gov't will not let him go to a team that has no significant Chinese population, I'd say the chances of Yi signign with the Bucks is very low. The Bucks will be forced to trade his rights as david Stern will not anger his Chinese masters.

yeah, i agree this vid of his highlights sucks. But i know for a fact he has great shooting touch, pretty much anywhere from mid range and even threes. I've seen him play in the cba, and I know you can't compare it to nba, but nonetheless, he does have great shooting touch and shoots about 86% from the freethrow line
