@dalrymple720 Well of course noone knows the REAL experience, probably because most citizens dont think about the pain that a soldier goes through in war. Seeing people and children die is part of it, but seeing one of your friends that you made in the military die is enough to drive you insane, and even if you make it through all of that. What has happened to you, you become scarred, and can sometimes no longer live in a normal world. Video Games can only capture the war part, not mental.

People who are saying Marines or any other branch is better than the others need to understand this. Each branch is meant for different missions Army is to hold on to and guard large pieces of territories while marines are meant to preform small high risk operations. Besides all of the branches risk there lives for our freedom so you should respect all equally.

im a future soldier. i dont care what branch cuz it doesnt matter, ill be fighting for my country keeping my friends and family safe through it all and whether im in the Army,Navy,Gard,Mariens(ect.) i dont care ill be fighting and seeing shit so the people i care about wont have to. im going to be a soldier who doest care what brach im in only that im helping people back home cuz thats all that matters.
