@Chris9017 This is a DIY project. It doesn't cost anywhere near $5,000 to replace tile. The tub area and floor could be re-tiled for a few hundred dollars.

I like the idea of organizing but it seems like this might not work out all that well, dont get me wrong, it all looks pretty good but putting the stuff down below the counter will only make the daughter pull it all out within a day and have it back on the counter cluttering up the space. Very cool concept though.
