Keep your nose pinched, and with every meter or or 2 you decend, blow air air against your ear drums.. don't blow too hard, nor too softly either.. If you feel its not woking, slow your decent, or head back up to the surface again. Otherwise, you'll blow your eardrums..
howliboy u need to equalize the pressure in your ears when changing depth...this is done by either holding the nose and blowing out (descent) or blowing in (ascent) or by simply chewing motions or swallowing.

why have u been waiting so long u could have cut all the first 50 seconds
also u r good but its clear that u freaked out u kept pushing ur nose like if it was going to run away
also u should have went Straight down in a vertical position so it would be much easier

Ona pięknie pływa pod wodą. Ma wiele takich filmików. Osobiście mam 13 lat. Bez powietrza wytrzymuję 1 min. 20 sek. Wreszcie w lato moę nurkować.
