I creep in here and listen to this after a few beers. I have some regrets that oddly make me come visit them repeatedly. The question is...do they like to visit to torture me...or do I like to visit them to torture myself?

I have never figured that out. All I know is after we visit one another...I have a bittersweet feeling that is ALMOST like absolution.

Go figure....life is.......weird.

@Prometheus1st Yea same here I revisit some regretful things I have done with a girl i was with 5 years ago and have been single ever since and it hits me all the time that I never would have thought it would be me paying for it not her and I guess I'll just have to settle with some of the best endings are the bad endings in life as sick as that sounds. The worst part is I know I totally deserve it but i try to enjoy suffering as much as my brain will allow, very small things now make me happy.

Thanks very much for sharing this. I have a Lady I lost in NYC...that I would very much like to kiss our whiskey kisses again. She was beyond a story-book love for me. I messed it up....which ruined my life. Because once you have known what I knew in her, nothing else will come close. Even if you respect and admire another, you are ruined for them. You will only do a dishonor to them if you try to latch onto them for your own personal comfort and so...will always be alone, will die alone.
