I agree that Mengele was terribly evil. I think about The American Indian and The Trail of Tears Suffered By The Cherokee. I am named after Chief Joseph Vann of the Cherokee. Another coincidence: Bertioga, the name of the place where he died means "house of the white fish", in Tupy.

Another: In the 1500 a German mercenary called Hans Staden, worked for the Portuguese in a fort in Bertioga. Hans Staden was captured by the Tupinambas but managed to escape. He went back to Germany where he wrote a book saying that the Tupinambas where cannibals. The book was a best seller at the time.

Leonard Nimoy, who is from a Jewish family, is an American icon. I still recall all those old "In Search of" episodes and they would have been much weaker without his singular narration.
