word is that all the martians have voted for him. counting all the martians in all the caucuses and promaries so far, this totals to exactly 0..... and growing.
It seems like a very small thing, but the thing that i love the most about Kucinich is that he never says "As President, I will" he always says "I would" he never uses the arrogance that most candidates use, simply assuming that they will win, Kucinich asks the American people, instead of demanding of them
I like Kucinich and I like Ron Paul. I'm glad these guys and others like them are in the government. But they are not leaders because they are unreasonable in their ideas. They only work as undergrounds and underdogs.
Kucinich's and Paul's ideas only seem unreasonable because they are far from what we have become conditioned to believe is correct. The only problem is, this 'correct' approach is failing miserably.
Drastic problems require drastic action. If we don't change course now, we (the middle class) are going to be destroyed.
That's only partially true..housing and other public infrastructural projects boost an economy as well and are infinitely more beneficial to people in both the short and long run.
Even globally people would benefit so much more from cooperative & sustainable business..greed just get's the better of most of us.
At one time that was true. Now the only ones benefitting are oil companies and private contractors. If the future looks rosy to you right now, I salute you. Mine looks pretty dreary.
The point is we need to gather around Mr. Kucinich regardless of those things that aren't perfect. We need to get the word out. We must have Kucinich in office.
yeah, anyone who likes Kucinich should not fall victim to the lies that we can't make a difference. Don't vote for someone else because you think he won't win. VOTE FOR HIM and maybe we can make a difference! He could put us back on the right track. It's so exciting to think about what America would/will look like if he wins.
Dennis is right, and I have faith that people will wake up and choose a new direction for this country and the world. I am posting these videos on my blogs and creating bulletins on myspace. Those of us in cyberspace have a duty to get the word to the people that Dennis is the man! **caucus/primary** And he has an intelligent and compassionate wife with a great vision for humanity. We can do it, if we believe we can.
Sad thing is, his plan goes nowhere near far enough. We've got to get to essentially zero emissions by 2100. We've also got to deal with the end of the oil era. Oil production is falling. We've also got to completely change to a localized way of living.
I agree with the localized way of living. That will need to be incorporated into land use policy - intentional communities. I was brainstorming ideas for state legislation - incentives for builders who go green - requirements that provide for community gardens... I beleive Dennis is on the right track and it's one hell of a start! 92 years is a long time, I am more optimistic!
The people on top (like the Green prince, Prince of Wales) is already taking care of that , he even stopped by for a visit last February with his Camilla to grant Al Gore his Nobel Prize , our homeland native land has been the GREENEST ever since.
The best candidate for American history, in the true sense of the human conscience, i hope Dennis Kucinich is the president, as this would be a special victory for all United States and the world
The preventive healthcare is needed. Currently US hospitals have infection rates equivalent to third world countries. You would not imagine a country like the USA to be bad on that aspect. His ideas seem very good and solid, I am just worried that a lot of people might see him as too stable and balanced with his ideas.
Preventative medicine, cancelling NAFTA, stopping uranium: great! As _Doomsday Called Off_ and _The Great Global Warming Swindle_ point out accurately, carbon-emissions trading is a gigantic hoax and the UN is corrupt. Google "Al Gore Maurice Strong". We need to push for the release of free-energy technologies suppressed for decades by the military-industrial complex. For info on the hidden NASA, view _The Disclosure Project_ on GoogleVideo. (Alex Jones's new _Endgame_ is great too!)
Broadcast your enthusiasm for Dennis Kucinich to everyone you know - the only way the correct - not just expedient - views win out is by every single being who sees it and realizes it getting behind it. Send his campaign as much as you can afford to send, however much or little that is. It's only a matter of believing in it and getting it done.
Go for Obama if you are worried Hilary's going to win without your help. Go for Kucinich if you think it's more important to send a message to what you believe in.

I think if Kucinich/Paul ran on the same ticket, this would create alot more of a chance for us having a free country. These two men would bring our country together despite their political indifferences.
Ron Paul is not for the people, he is for his own pocketbook and is being bought by the corporations.Kucinich is about doing what is right regardless of who is trying to steer him with bribes.
What I don't understand is why Kucinich isn't getting the same attention. I don't have TV, but I don't remember hearing about Kucinich being on The Daily Show when Ron Paul has been on it. Also, Ron Paul's people are better at getting things on places like YouTube.
Kucinich is the obvious choice to lead our country, but people have to hear him to know that.
Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich are complete opposites on economics. Dennis supports regulated capitalism and socialism and Ron Paul supports libertarian, laise-faire capitalism. Dennis supports the people, Ron Paul supports the corporations. Paul is opposed to UHC, Dennis stands firmly for UHC. Paul is against taxes, Dennis stands for taxing the rich. Tbe only thing they agree on is ending the war.
I'll have to agree about Ron Paul. I've listened to a lot of his speeches and he's very libertarian. I think he has Reagan's ideology of, "you've seen one tree, you've seen them all" and wouldn't let environmental concerns get in the way of facilitating big business.
The primary reason we need trees is not to look at them, it is because they serve three important functions for nature. They remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, drive the water cycle, and produce topsoil. The libertarian position on environmental issues is completely irresponsible.
As far as I know, Dennis is the only candidate I have heard (so far) who does not advocate the auctioning greenhouse gas permits to the highest bidder, which preserves the perogative of the biggest multinational corporations to conduct "business as usual", regardless of the consequences to us. Or our grandchildren.
Those three purposes for trees that I mentioned are detailed along with other problems with our culture in the book The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight by Thom Hartmann.
Thank you. I am so tired of Ron Paul supporters acting like he has so much in common with Kucinich, Nader or Gravel. RP has no pro-active ideas to help the environment. He doesn't even recognize global warming as a real problem.
Not only do I agree with you on Paul's views on global warming, but he has a positively medeval mindset on EVERY issue pertaining to women. I cannot endorse him, period. IMHO, in Paul's America, we are either bitches or breeders.
I urge every woman who is straight/gay/bi/black/white/young/old to review Paul's stance on women's issues which affect ALL OF US!!
And his record on environmental issues is truly scary. Sure he believes the government should stay out of everyone's business, which includes them interfering with anyone trying to make money. He doesn't believe in ANY regulation on polluting oil companies no matter how much damage it does to the Earth and the rest of us. SCARY!
That's just ridiculous, Ron Paul supports the people and it's against corporations and that does not vote for any legislation, unless the propose measure is authorized by the constitution, if dennis is about peace and justice, why did we go to wars under UN Resolutions?
right on xnoumenon. Denis has the majority of Democrats supporting him. The Main Stream Media has been censoring him and Ron Paul. Kucinich wins most of the independent polling for the Democrats.
Yup. It's the same scenario with Ron Paul. They really don't want these guys in. I hope one of them wins. I know they both have the popular vote. Let's try to get delegates in there to represent these guys.
I love Dennis Kucinich too! He is so intelligent, common sense and also visionary, kind. passionate, compassionate. And he is a warrior too in the good sense, like he deliver us from evil.
also i beleive it would be of great help to organize with his newly arroused base in the native american community concerning how he would specifically use them in his wga, for instance in irrecting wind and solar energy plants in the great plains. collacorating with the indian nations like that would organize funds and votes for dennis aswell as being just smart policy.
it would be of great help to dennis if when he mentions reinvesting into the infrastructure of public mass transit, that he emphasize how he would do it in a green fasion, like using biodiesel for public transportation, like in canada for instance.
This guy is like a better Al Gore and a better Ross Perot. The more people hear about this Dennis, or rather even just hear him, the more likely he is to win. He can win because the vast majority of people want a better tomorrow. They have but to hear that they can have one. Vote for a president worth voting for.
i love both Dennis and Ron- what a duet these two Men would be

One of the most popular buzzwords in this campaign is "alternative energy" every time there is a camera or mic present. Makes for a nice soundbite.

oops sorry about the double post. It wasn't showing up before.

I think if Kucinich/Paul ran on the same ticket, this would create alot more of a chance for us having a free country. These two men would bring our country together despite their political indifferences.
success4meandyou 4 years ago
Once the war is over and the Constitution is safe, Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul would get along about as well as John Adams and Thomas Jefferson.
mathguy112358 4 years ago 3
Ron Paul is not for the people, he is for his own pocketbook and is being bought by the corporations.Kucinich is about doing what is right regardless of who is trying to steer him with bribes.
RNamess 4 years ago 4
What I don't understand is why Kucinich isn't getting the same attention. I don't have TV, but I don't remember hearing about Kucinich being on The Daily Show when Ron Paul has been on it. Also, Ron Paul's people are better at getting things on places like YouTube.
Kucinich is the obvious choice to lead our country, but people have to hear him to know that.
BikingWithColdWater 4 years ago 4
I think Kucinich and Paul should get together and run on the same ticket. Imagine Ron Paul for pres with Kucinich as his VP.
elryn 4 years ago
Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich are complete opposites on economics. Dennis supports regulated capitalism and socialism and Ron Paul supports libertarian, laise-faire capitalism. Dennis supports the people, Ron Paul supports the corporations. Paul is opposed to UHC, Dennis stands firmly for UHC. Paul is against taxes, Dennis stands for taxing the rich. Tbe only thing they agree on is ending the war.
barlow97 4 years ago 8
ok, good point. How about Kucinich/Nader then
elryn 4 years ago 7
Good point. How about a Kucinich/Nader ticket then?
elryn 4 years ago
I'll have to agree about Ron Paul. I've listened to a lot of his speeches and he's very libertarian. I think he has Reagan's ideology of, "you've seen one tree, you've seen them all" and wouldn't let environmental concerns get in the way of facilitating big business.
BikingWithColdWater 4 years ago 3
The primary reason we need trees is not to look at them, it is because they serve three important functions for nature. They remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, drive the water cycle, and produce topsoil. The libertarian position on environmental issues is completely irresponsible.
mathguy112358 4 years ago 4
Right on!
As far as I know, Dennis is the only candidate I have heard (so far) who does not advocate the auctioning greenhouse gas permits to the highest bidder, which preserves the perogative of the biggest multinational corporations to conduct "business as usual", regardless of the consequences to us. Or our grandchildren.
beadphreak 4 years ago 2
auctioning *of* greenhouse gas permits...
beadphreak 4 years ago
Those three purposes for trees that I mentioned are detailed along with other problems with our culture in the book The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight by Thom Hartmann.

Thank you. I am so tired of Ron Paul supporters acting like he has so much in common with Kucinich, Nader or Gravel. RP has no pro-active ideas to help the environment. He doesn't even recognize global warming as a real problem.
ilovemytiara 4 years ago 3
Not only do I agree with you on Paul's views on global warming, but he has a positively medeval mindset on EVERY issue pertaining to women. I cannot endorse him, period. IMHO, in Paul's America, we are either bitches or breeders.
I urge every woman who is straight/gay/bi/black/white/young/old to review Paul's stance on women's issues which affect ALL OF US!!
beadphreak 4 years ago 4
how is his views on women medieval?
Nolimit75 4 years ago
I've been busy with the holidays, but this is a fair question.
My opinion was formulated after reviewing Ron Paul's official website.
beadphreak 4 years ago
And his record on environmental issues is truly scary. Sure he believes the government should stay out of everyone's business, which includes them interfering with anyone trying to make money. He doesn't believe in ANY regulation on polluting oil companies no matter how much damage it does to the Earth and the rest of us. SCARY!
blakkat31 4 years ago
That's just ridiculous, Ron Paul supports the people and it's against corporations and that does not vote for any legislation, unless the propose measure is authorized by the constitution, if dennis is about peace and justice, why did we go to wars under UN Resolutions?

If you are Democratic, vote Kucinich. If you are Republican, vote Ron Paul. We'll get one of those great men in office. =)
If you don't know anything about Ron Paul, research him.
xnoumenon 4 years ago 5
right on xnoumenon. Denis has the majority of Democrats supporting him. The Main Stream Media has been censoring him and Ron Paul. Kucinich wins most of the independent polling for the Democrats.
Lucidtomr 4 years ago 3
Yup. It's the same scenario with Ron Paul. They really don't want these guys in. I hope one of them wins. I know they both have the popular vote. Let's try to get delegates in there to represent these guys.

TO THE STAFF OF DENNIS KUCINICH PT2
also i beleive it would be of great help to organize with his newly arroused base in the native american community concerning how he would specifically use them in his wga, for instance in irrecting wind and solar energy plants in the great plains. collacorating with the indian nations like that would organize funds and votes for dennis aswell as being just smart policy.

TO STAFF OF DENNIS KUCINICH
it would be of great help to dennis if when he mentions reinvesting into the infrastructure of public mass transit, that he emphasize how he would do it in a green fasion, like using biodiesel for public transportation, like in canada for instance.

after bush this guy is the natural choice for president. he undo all the wrong bush did to us and the world.
gyuri2u 4 years ago 9
This guy is like a better Al Gore and a better Ross Perot. The more people hear about this Dennis, or rather even just hear him, the more likely he is to win. He can win because the vast majority of people want a better tomorrow. They have but to hear that they can have one. Vote for a president worth voting for.
