Can't remember exactly, I tried a few from 56k to 100k, think I settled on 68k IIRC. You could temp wire in a 100k pot and see what you like yourself.
I dont' understand, do you mean the pedal name; it's a Dunlop Cry Baby Wah Wah. The true by pass mods let more highs through when the pedal is in by-pass, the vocal mod makes it sounds more "woahy" when the pedal is engaged...

It sounds mellower to me, the wahs sound less distorted. I like it.
