  • Shut up everyone......I like to pretend its an mg42!!

  • the mg 3 sure beats the m 60

  • I got a chance to shoot one on our base with the german army it was sexy i got the gold shutzensner and thay me and a friend shoot off 500 rounds it was a blast

  • @jakem1tanker you mean the "goldene Schützenschnur".

  • @proteus03 yeah

  • un po corto

  • wat a fine piece of german enginuity

  • lets just agree on it being a german gun.

  • It's a MG3, the MG42 und MG53 uses a different blowback amplifier/flash suppressor.

  • that would be yugoslavian mg53

  • It´s a MG 3 it´s a very good gun.

The MG42 isn´t use at the German troops anymore.

  • sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet

  • the fuck? Why the hell did they have to confiscate that? ahah

  • @FarSightGaming Most likely borrowed from Bundeswehr.

  • GET SOME, GET SOME.....COME ON, COME ON ....

  • "Who uses those old weapons nowadays?" The answer is HIPSTERS, dear Watson!

  • @PikroiteManyeah nope...just german soldiers like me =P no hipsters detected, sir

  • noob this is a MG 3

  • that has got a lot more power than the M249s that they use, dont judge it just cause it was made in 1942!!

  • @bullmeatt And it shoots faster

  • ttttrrrrttttrrrrttttrrrrttttrrrrttttrrrrttttrrrrttttrrrrttttrrrrttttrrrrttttrrrrttttrrrrttt!!!!!!!!!

  • MG3, you can tell by the ammunition and booster.

  • these graphics look so real! :0 trolol

  • this is an mg3, its basically the same like an 42 but with another caliber (nato) and another sight for planes and a little bit slower, original 1600 rounds and the mg3 has only 1200 rounds per minute but basically its still the same mgun :) greetings from germany

  • @henrik23432 Yes, true, but we don't call an AK 74 an AK 47 just because they look the same.

  • @henrik23432

First MG42 had 1550 rpm, later in War 1200 and the MG3 today only 900 rpm.

  • made in germany 7:-=)

  • mg42 are extremely rare, it may be an MG3 i think its called. Its a modernized mg42 basically

  • It's far more likely that this was an MG3, which is basically an updated MG42

  • @Fudelan Yeah, the disintegrating belt gave that away.

  • @SacrificedAlive Actually the MG3 can be fed *either* disintegrating *or* non-disintegrating belts. During my active time (1992/93), non-disintegrating was still the norm. (No idea what's it like now.) Since the MG42 had virtually identical mechanics, I'd daresay it would work with the same disintegrating belt, too.

  • @DevSolar Ok cool, I did not know that.

  • That thing will tear you in half, but it's the downgraded version ;) The danish military has a version that will pull off about 1600 rounds per minute, it's nicknamed "the nazi saw" or Chainsaw, cause it sounds exactly like one... only louder xD

  • It's an MG3 knob.

  • it sounds weak, but damn that thing would rip you apart

  • its a MG 3.......brain.

a old but a god gun.

learn this and you will understand!

  • @centurio74 the mg3 isnt that old^^

  • @Leftyotism 1966^^

  • @Leftyotism

    mg42 = yeahr 1942.....old or not?

    its from the wehrmacht.

  • @centurio74 the mg 42 has 7.92 mm this is a mg 3 with 7.62 nato ammo its a modern version of the mg 42

  • @Leftyotism

    dito....!

  • @centurio74 same thing @ 50 cal. MG from the americans :D never change a running system...

  • @gOtze1337

  • @gOtze1337

    yo ganz genau......du hast recht.

  • @centurio74 you`re right, but maybe the uploader thought it`s a MG42 because of its high ROF (due to a lighter bolt maybe)

  • @centurio74 its a mg 42 im a historian

  • @centurio74 well a helenic MG3 is just a modern copy fore the army of greece mate

  • @centurio74 a mg3 are only a mg42 with stronger ammo

  • @bigWerner97 wrong!!! The MG 3 ist the same weapon with some new parts and other material. And it has lower rounds per minute. But with some work you can increase the rounds per minute.

  • @socialexa i habe read at wikipedia that the mg3 the same waepon is with nato ammo

and the nato ammo ist stronger than the old ammo from the mg42

  • @bigWerner97 That's not right. get your facts straight. The old MG42 used Gewehrpatrone 7,92 × 57 mm, and the new MG3 uses 7,62 × 51 mm NATO. You can read that on the german wikipedia page.

  • @meedic i had read that the Gewehrpatronen 7,62 x 51 have

    and the nato 7,92 x 57

i will look at the page again and read it again

if my version istn't true : sorry :(

  • i think its an mg 3 no 42

the 42 should be in a museum :D:D

  • Comment removed

  • @5FDPrebel i hope you know that was the europeans not americans

  • The description is pretty stupid tbh, because the MG42 is still an effective weapon, and is also used by more modern countries to this date (Denmark uses it, and we have a large military budget per soldier)

  • @5FDPrebel HEY HEY!! we stole America from the indians fair and fuckin square. We didn't commit attempted genocide.

  • @ReBirthLunatic Do you read what you type?

Stole fair and square can in no way be not contradicting.

  • @ReBirthLunatic Yes you did... Unless of course "fair and square" means superior firepower and numbers, rounding them up in camps and executing them. Would you call it fair and square if some more advanced civilization just showed up in the USA and started killing people to take their land? Rounding 'muricans up in camps and executing them?

  • @TheDane95 I don't have to think about it because i don't care about that idea. If American's just let themselves be killed, then i don't care. Fight back if they new they would be killed. The indians sure as hell fought back. but the jew's new they were being hunted and being put in camp's. they new the only chance they had was to fight back, but didn't.

  • i tell you what, im sticking with every german weapon doesnt matter how old, instead of the new shit produced by other countries in the world. I mean there are quit awesome weapons like the browning and many other, but after all german steel wont leave y in the lurch. For example: M4 vs Hk416

  • @5FDPrebel Haha. Someone is extremely jealous of America. Go back to your shit 3rd world country you fag.

  • @PurpleRaam I'm from America dumbass

  • thats a mg3, basically a modern mg42 nearly identical tho

  • i love old scool things just not scool

  • Watch triumph of the will, and then blame a country in tatters for voting hitler in.

  • Nazi's were overall an honorable opponent. They have just been demonized due to the jews using the holocaust as their way of staying out of trouble. The holocaust was a manipulative "american" jew's wet dream. For god sakes they don't even mourn their dead. That's a little strange. Look up Rothschild's for more about Die juden.

  • @Insurgent999 to be honest with u, u are an idiot, my grandpa served in the wehrmacht and even he said they have been doing horribel thinks to the jewish people, but not only them.

I am from germany and u only need to visit a K.Z. , go there and take a shovel with u, u need to dig like 2-3 hands deep to find human bones in some parts of the camp, they killed tons of people there and u are just like "Nah, never happened !"

Visit Europ, say the same shit here and u go to prison, good think thou

  • @5FDPrebel u have a good point there, dear sir.

And its not like only the US would be like that, Stalin put people he dont like into a Gulag and die British send everyone they dont like to australia back in the days.

its not like the nazis invented camps like that,, they just add some stuff to make the people there die more quickly and on purpose

  • Looks like an MG3 to me. There's no way a crew served weapon from World War 2 would survive to be operational without some serious upkeep and maintenance on it. Plus it looks like modern NATO links to me.

  • @5FDPrebel and dont forget the bombing of German cities killing around 900.000 innocent civilians and the atomic bombing of japan plus the intense racism during Vietnam and the discrimination of blacks

  • Old weapons will still kill you dead, your just old school dead is all.

  • @jshicke It may be old but it is an excellent piece of engineering, it was YEARS ahead of its time. Then again of course it was its German

  • @jshicke i heard that there was this weapon used in WW2 that was soooo weak that it just stopped in a guy back muscles, he turned around and shot the guy with a proper gun.

  • @Shift4chizzle Sounds like the Russian M1895 revolver. Its a pretty weak bullet that doesn't penetrate 1/4 inch ply wood at 25 yards. Its a neat revolver design, but not a power hitter regarding power.

  • @jshicke brand new semi auto rifle old beat up mosin 1 one placed shot point proven

  • @5FDPrebel

yeah they're about even in a fucked up way

  • "funny what kind of weapons you find still in use in old countries like Afghanistan"

Newsflash, as a NATO operations, it's not just the Americans fighting over there. As a result, there are a few countries you may have heard of (Turkey,Germany, Italy, Spain.... and Estonia) are fighting and surprise surprise, some of these countries decided that the M60 was a piece of junk and went with the MG3... it's actually a quite commonly used GPMG.

  • @SnoopReddogg But this is an MG42, a WW2 relic, thats why its surprising, its probably an old leftover from the Afrika Korps, which is fascinating IMO.

  • @FrankDaTank1218 Considering the Afrika Korps fought in Northern Africa and Afghanistan is a couple of miles away in central Asia, 'if' it was an MG42 one could just as easily assume its a Russian captured gun...

  • @SnoopReddogg buuuuuut if it's an actual MG42 they came across, it's not a M3. They're still using Enfields from the early 1900s, hell one of my friends said he ran across a damn flint lock. Just sayin, don't think he was saying it was junk or that the US is the only ones over there.

  • @swampfox320 have a look at the belt, if it was a MG42 the rounds would be more spaced out, the MG3 uses M13 link ( the same belt as M60's) which is more closely spaced, from the look of it, thats a 7.62 MG3. Furthermore, finding a MG42 is one thing, finding enough pristine 7.92 ammo to feed it is another. I've done enough time in DFSW platoon to know what a pile of 7.62 brass and link looks. Yep, being there, seen whats laying around, the Afghans weren't fussy about surplus arms post WW2

  • @swampfox320 Over there, I guess you take what you can get, but I do find it hard to believe that the Taliban would actually USE a flintlock. MG3's or MG42's are a bit more realistic...

Just wondering, did you mean Enfield muskets and Snyder-Enfields, or the bolt-action Enfield rifles? I assume the latter.

  • Hell, the MG-42 was in use in West Germany till '59. Thats probibly just where you wouls find one. They accualy found a WW I Renault tank in Afghanistan, non functioning of course. They are restoring it at Fort Knox. Countries have been selling their old weapons to third-world sh*t holes for centuries.

  • These soldiers need to know that they are acting without honor. They are aggressing against a foreign country that never attacked them and can not pose a threat by any stretch of the imagination. Their actions are cowardly

  • @cowbot2 war is war either fighting against a third world nation or a super power its what the people in office want the soldiers are not cowards majority are brainwashed with patriotism dont hate on the individual soldier or the group its whos in command that should be criticized

  • Don't assume its an MG3, guns like the MG42 and MG32 are still in service today.

  • Why directly assume it's a MG3.

Some MG42s were rechambered for 7.62 Nato, which technically still makes them MG42s

  • @MrThomPS3 MG42/59

  • Germans had the best of everything in WWII, bit they never had enough of it. Really they should still use these, shame init?

  • Its an MG3, you can tell by the rounds, they are smaller 7.62x51mm and not 8mm Mauser size.

  • @deejaydannyboy77 I Dont need to because I know what I will see, A pile of shoes haha. There is documentarys on these concentration camps (One made by a Jew) , Which show theres no proof , And the only gas chamber is the one made by the soviet union/ Also the Sope and lambshade story has been proven to be false. Stop beleviing these lies

  • well considering its still produced today, means it must be good.

  • this is the german devil

  • If we just had more men. But then the Russians came with their one Million men. How should 100'000 Germans with overpowered weapons beat 1'000'000 Russians with their PPHS's and all this shit.

Sometimes I imagine how it would be, if the germans won the war.

But then I remember what Hitler did, that's enough!

  • @xXBlueeSkyXx Do you also remember what the Americans did?

  • @Insurgent999

    You mean Japan Hiroshima?

What's worse? Killing millions of jews or killing thousands of Japanese?

    Anyway, both are worse enough.

  • @xXBlueeSkyXx Yes hiroshima, firebombing of dresden . Holocaust = A story for jew sympathy, The Nazi's never gased innocent jews its a total lie. Think im crazy? Well iam not, Its the truth. The holocaust never happend I KNOW the truth iam not STUPID. Before you tell me it happend, I bet you have never looked into it and just beleive what you are told . Typical sheep . The Nazis where the good guys. The allies won and look what type of world we won..........

  • @Schenkel93 I didnt say it wasnt, i said that Germany does not produce the 7.92x57 round anymore

  • No machine gun will ever beat an American made gun. For the one simple fact that it is American, and therefore shoots bullets infused with pure American justice.

  • @muffinsNsausage most stupid comment about guns

  • @Grenadier1962 It wasn't about guns...it was about America. And Justice. And one more thing for you good sir: You mad bro?

  • @muffinsNsausage Hahaha no offence mate, but that's taking it a bit far isn't it?

  • @zeroyon223 Probably. lol

  • @muffinsNsausage The MG42 in WW2 and even now can beat many machine guns, Because it was made from Nazism and German engineering, and therefore shot bullets infused with hate, oppression and amazing design.

  • @EnglishJohnnie and that's why they won?

  • @muffinsNsausage nope they lost, mainly because Hitler thought he could fight on two fronts with out any logistics. He also had a shit Commander of the Luftwaffe who didn't address threats as he thought that the Luftwaffe were Superior to everyone, that's why the lost the battle of Britain. The "Sub-Human" Russians had vast number which were used as cannon fodder. That some of the reasons they lost but without them the AK wouldn't exist nor most american and others weapons, not even Jet Fighters

  • @EnglishJohnnie They lost because we were shooting pure justice, i think that's the whole theme i'm trying to get at here.

  • @muffinsNsausage lol if you say so, America isn't as just as you claim friend.

  • @EnglishJohnnie I know. But if you don't believe in your country it isn't gonna get any better. So I try to spread my humorous hyper-patriotism to others lol

  • @muffinsNsausage LoL Yep but my Country is shit patriotism won't help it get better, so I have become Hyper-negative :P

  • @EnglishJohnnie Uncool man, uncool.

  • @EnglishJohnnie The RAF had their own. English engineer Sir Frank Whittle(1907-96) began work on a jet engine in 1928, while he was a student at the Royal Air Force College in Cranwell. By 1935, he had developed a prototype, and two years later he built and ran the world's first aircraft jet engine. it was fitted to a Gloster Meteor fighter in 1941. By 1944, the RAF were flting squadrons of Meteor jets. Even without the Germans there will be fighter jets.

  • this mg can still kick arse in this 21st century . .

  • mg3 firing nato 7.62x51 rounds . sweet tool

  • i have been a gunner on it for about 8 years, and have never seen desentigrading links for it before.......... is it good or bad ? i guess good for some things bad for others.

  • its an mg 3 folks

  • @riseld4 its the same

  • Actually the MG3 is just a MG42 Mark 3....

  • Wtf is and MG42 doing in Afghanistan... IT BELONGS IN A MUSEUM!!

  • one of the best machineguns ever produced

  • The MG3 is the successor to the MG42. Not a replica.

And it's a beatiful weapon, shot countless times with it in my time in the german mountain infantry. :)

  • The MG3 is a replica to the MG42.

  • @MrScorpio696 It is not a replica. the MG3 is the new version of the MG42. It shoots an other round and has some differencens in the system. Or would you say the m4 is a replica of the m16?

  • have you seen the pile of bullets! lol

  • Did you send any rags to their 72 virgin boys with it?

  • Old? The MG 42 is still the only infantry MG in the world, that is able to verbally cut enemies in half.

  • what are the us army doing in afghanistan with the mg42?..... remenbering the glorius AFRIKAKORPS!!!

  • the MG-42 is definatly not old hell the German Army still uses a mg based of the design plus did anyone else notice the lack of mussle flash? thats pretty impressive for WWII tech don't think any U.S mgs have a flash suppressor build in plus heavier round than the SAW so more stopping power

  • it's an mg 3 but the americans liked it a lot!

made a gunexchange with the ODA in afghanistan, and me and my comrade showed the nazi style stooting: the smaller one kneeling in front behind the bipod, the other one shhooting over his shoulder.

they'd never seen somethin like that before...

but its forbidden in the german army now, those bastards theyx killed tradition!

  • WTF is a MG 3 doint in Afghansitan in American hands?

  • WHY WASN'T I BORN IN AMERICA?

  • 5 seconds really

  • it is a mg 3 greats from germany

  • Thats not an MG42 thats the new MG3

  • it's a MG3

  • @BigLouieLittlePhilly To be fair it's just a modernised MG-42 no matter if it's a MG-3 or MG-72 it's still a MG-42 just made by someone else.

  • @PROkiller16 yeah , and an m4 is just a modernised m16 and an m16 is practically an m1 garand in black... 0_o

  • @xfgher Well not really. I'd say more M1 Carbine.

  • @xfgher How is an M16 in any way like an M1?

  • @kylesenior holy heavens o_0 I was beeing sarcastic :D all guns are just modernised flintlock cannons you know

  • MEIN BUZZSAW

  • that´s not MG-42 it´s MG3!!!!

  • It is an MG3.

  • Well the MG 42 / 62 is stil use to day. out date i think not.

made in germany baby. this is the ak47 of MG's

  • @CoraxBlackcamper Ak47 was copied from German designs also. :p

    It looks similar to STG44

  • @CoraxBlackcamper German engineering is overrated. Changing trough a barrel after firing 200 rounds=Not handy at all

  • @F4Wildcat yeah of course, and cause of the germans were not avaible to fly on the moon, throw a-bombs, and the DÜSENTRIEBWERK.... and this stupid bmw´s and audis and mercedes... were all glad that german engineering is overrated =)

  • @F4Wildcat 1000, not 200

  • @FirstMetalHamster 2000 not 1000

and what ever the barrel is switchet in seconds

  • Comment removed

  • @F4Wildcat jealousy sucks...doesn't it?

  • Comment removed

  • @F4Wildcat But you can change it in 4 seconds, so whats the big deal?

  • @CoraxBlackcamper wouldn't that be the RPK or RPD? just saying haha :P

  • I think thats an MG3
