it is a tree house and from the looks of it ....it probably will be a nice looking tree house....my only observation is that already it looks like he or she is spending alot of money using such big pieces of lunber, when i built my tree house i cut 2x6 lengthwise into four i also used cedar fence boards which are already cut at 5/8's thick, the fencing planks can be used for walls and roofing....i am waiting to see the 3rd and fourth part of the building of this tree house....good luck....
surely the name "treehouse" means it has to be on the tree, this is a groundhouse! haha, bu as long as the children like it...
