good point raised. of cos if you have the equipment to hold the dial, it helps. we are doing a simple illustration on simple reluming... din want to make it too complicated :)
it depends on the climate bud... in my country it takes about half an hr - an hr. you can apply additional coating to give it more protection but do note that too thick a layer makes it look unnatural also.
after reluming how long do u need to let it dry ? and can i put a coating or clear on top of the lume to protect it ? or it will actually damage the lume?? thanks .
what lume product do you use? What mix ratio do you use?

Not very precise. The dial should be held securely when applying the lume. In this video, you see it moving around... kind of sloppy.
