@MrJro2 You're correct. The premium view wraparound terrace suites have an unobstructed view of Bellagio Lake/Fountains. Even if you face the correct side of the building, you need to be above the 30th floor to have an unobstructed view.

the room is only 1200 sq.ft., not 1400

if you include the 480 balcony then the room is 1680 sq ft

@ChadwickModels I guess it's a premium view. Since it was on 33rd floor it's pretty quiet with open doors from the balconies. Soon as you close the doors it's extremely quiet.
