You cant print your own shirt with a regular color inkjet or laser printer. There are machines such as the Anajet that will print directly onto your shirt with art from your computer but they are geared for commercial use. What you can do is use a heat transfer. There are many transfer papers available. Most have the limitation of ghosting in areas where there isnt any art. You can design your art as a solid shape and trim closely around it to avoid "ghosting".
